This is the best location in Tyler. The service is always 10/10. All employees are always super nice. My order comes out fresh and correct every time.

Based on available reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers interesting food with great sugar cookies, though the chocolate chip cookies are very hard. The chicken bacon smoke cheesy has mostly meat and cheese with not a lot of veggies. The Original sandwich is a favorite, and the number Six with a drink and chips is also mentioned. Food is amazing and never lets down on tastes. However, service varies by location. At one particular location, employees are not very welcoming and give a feeling of upset at having to work. The man working the front counter is extremely rude, even to customers who spend $65-$70 twice a month. Another location has kind and polite staff who provide great customer service and are very welcoming. This specific location does not have all the menu items others have, and the doors were locked even though the sign said open. The food was mediocre, the place has gotten a bit pricey, and this location could use better employee service.
