My wife and I visit frequently. They get her drink wrong more often than not despite the employee appearing to enter it correctly. Her drink is so hot that she can’t drink it to verify that it is correct until we are already long gone. As regulars ordering a $6 coffee, we expect it to be correct. S-bux success rate on the same drink is 100%.
