The employee who helped me out with my order on October 7th at 3:10 was super professional and very nice. He was able to correct my order and fix an error with missing some food. Very good at his job and is very approachable. Makes me want to come back.
I came here while watching over my newborn baby nephew while fiending for a footlong meatball sub. I guess my baby nephew was hungry because he started crying while I sat down waiting for my delicious meatball sub. I can tell everyone was annoyed but there was nothing I could do as his mother wasn’t around at the moment and he can’t eat solid foods yet. Management was completely rude and disrespectful. The area supervisor was on the phone cursing loudly and not attentive to the customers. She left a new employee by herself to serve customers while she was in the back and in the doorway on the phone cursing. There were about 4 people besides myself in line.
