“We were warmly greeted by two ladies, bilingual was a plus since our Spanish isn’t that great. We ordered tacos; barbacoa (good flavor but dry), chicharron (decent flavor but a little chewy/tough), pastor (great flavor but I wish it had piña), & steak (delicious and will make note to come back for). We also tried the tamales; 1 pork (good flavor, not as much meat as expected) & 1 chicken (amazing flavor and spicy). We saw that they advertised $1 tacos on Wednesday. Their green and red sauce are packed full of flavor, but runny-not as thick as most sauces I’ve had.“

“Wife and I had dinner pre-Valentines, was seated immediately at our 8:10 reservation. Appetizers we had the garlic bread and cheese board which was served on a playing card sized serving plate. Very small portion, but is supposed to be so no big deal. The soups - French Onion and Champagne Brie Soup were both delicious. Now for the main course. My wife had the Dover Sole which was ok; have had better at another French bistro in town, but nothing to complain about. However, I had the Wagyu L'entrecote Steak Frites Deluxe... Steak and fries. Again, the steak was ok. Tender for the most part, tough in other parts. But the fries were a big disappointment. I guess my expectation was something elevated... truffle fries or Parmesan and parsley seasoned... something. But what I got was plate of soggy, uninspired fries. Perhaps unexpected too much, I don't know; I just expected more.

We finished with Tuile Aux Mures which was sublime. Fantastic in every sense of the word. Lastly, the service was exceptional!

Throw in a couple cocktails, a coffe... $269 after tax which is on par. 3.80 stars... let's round up to 4.“

“Today was my first day of getting to go and try the food. I’ve been wanting to visit for quite some time so my husband and I went on a lunch date. We got the tacos, the loaded potato, the elotes, and the jalapeño poppers. Everything on the menu looked amazing so we had to try a little bit of each. Next time I will be getting the sandwich because the tacos were really dry. Everything else was amazing. Bad choice for my first time eating there, as I passed everyone having a sandwich I wished I would’ve ordered one cause they really looked good. I can’t wait to go back and try something new and the bread pudding. I will stick to the meat and sides. It’s a no for me on the brisket tacos.“

“We had the best experience this weekend at Bonnell’s. Long story short we don’t go out to eat because my son has a lot of food allergies and it’s not easy to accommodate them. However it was his 13th birthday so we really wanted to celebrate. The chef worked with me prior to coming in and made sure my kiddo was able to have a wonderful and safe meal to celebrate a huge milestone. All of the staff were sweet and thoughtful as well. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm. I’m happy to forever brag on this restaurant!“

While there may be a lot of options in the area, there are incredibly few as good as this spot. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for food, drank, or vibe - THIS is the spot you looking for!
I’m not from New Orleans, but I visit several times a year and it is my favorite place to go!
I would say that SCDF is quite authentic. They have karaoke nights, live music, and other events. They even had Eggnog daiquiri flavor during the most recent holiday season.

“Moni's pizza is the very best in town. I ordered my pizza through the Slice App and they messed up my order. When I got home with my pizza and realized that it wasn't what I ordered, I contacted them and they we so nice about it and did everything to correct the problem. They went over and beyond to fix the situation to my satisfaction. I will never use the Slice App again because they only credited 30%of my money back. They made sure they kept their portion. I just sliced the Slice App from my phone. I will never order pizza from anywhere else except Moni's. Staff are wonderful and the Pizzas are delicious!“

“I had the best experience here, my first time. Had a fabulous cocktail made by my server, rock shrimp was amazing, crab cake salad was another amazing dish, chock full of lump crab. “I took myself here for my birthday dinner last year! I still remember how lovely of a time I had — I was away from home and wanted to have a nice dinner but it was very important to me to find a place that wouldn’t make me feel odd for celebrating alone!

First, the food was delicious, of course. It was expensive, of course, but definitely very appropriately priced for the quality of the food and experience! As a college student, I wanted to find a place where if it was expensive, I knew it was not overpriced, and it definitely was not! The steak and other foods I ate were delicious! The wine selection was also great and their sommelier was excellent and well versed on the menu.

Second, the service was lovely and I felt very well taken care of on my birthday. I never was made to feel awkward, out of place, or unimportant. In fact, they made me feel very welcome and treated me with compassion and kindness — even excitement — for my choice to spend my evening there! They were so kind and friendly. I loved the employees I talked to.

And finally, the atmosphere was beautiful and very appropriate. It was not anything overly themed or special, but it felt very nice and refined, and tailored to the quality of the restaurant and food.

Overall, I really loved my visit. I thank them greatly for the compassion and lovely experience for my birthday!“

“I recently went on a tour at TX Whiskey Ranch in Ft.Worth,Texas for Father's Day weekend. The tour was very informative and very interactive. Our tour guide Corey was great. The distillery was an old golf course sitting on a beautiful 112 acres with a nice pond and plush landscaping. Whether you're a whiskey connoisseur or just starting out I would definitely recommend visiting the TX Whiskey Ranch.“

“Food is absolutely incredible- fresh, generous portions, flavorful, I could go on and on. I am usually not an eggplant girl, but their's was so tasty and not slimy like other Mediterranean restaurants. The hummus, bread, chicken shawarma, cauliflower, kabobs, gyros, soup, rice, and salad were all a hit at our table. There wasn't anything we wouldn't eat again! The wait staff was very attentive, but not hovering and owners were present and so kind. This will definitely be our new "go to" place for authentic Mediterranean food.“

“Old gas station turned burger joint. Burgers are great! They have sandwiches, salads, chicken and hot dogs too! Fries, tots, cheese stix and more for sides. Recently added tater kegz. Homemade desserts, ice cream and shakes to boot. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!“

I was disappointed they didn't have curb side service. When calling as suggested on the sign in the curbside parking space, there's no answer before going to a recorded message to call back. “WOWWWWW. Our first time here last night and it’s my new favorite restaurant. There was a wait but we just grabbed a drink and waited. Ordered skillet Mac and cheese to start WHEWWW!!! It was so delicious. I ordered the petite filet with jalapeño potatoes which were unreal. My partner had the chicken parm.
Our server, Will, was sweet and attentive. Everyone that works there really works as a team which is so refreshing to see.

“We drive from Irving to Fort Worth to get beers at Martin House. I love the Tap room. My favorite beer is Silk Route. I’ve had a lotta Juicy Hazy IPAs in DFW, but this has been my personal favorite so far.

Also, most importantly, they have the best customer service. They take their sweet time to explain about the beer, special offers at the taproom, and also educate on the available To-Go beer in a detailed fashion.

As a beer enthusiast, I don’t mind driving 35 miles just to get good beer and great customer service.

Special shout out to Jessica, Hailey and Clayton (apologies if I got the spelling wrong). They’re my favorite bartenders. The service I get from them is TOP NOTCH QUALITY..“
