“Walked here from Motel 6 for lunch. Nice sidewalk. Minimal interaction with traffic. Pleasant walk. It was a busy place. Bartender lady (Alma, I think) gave me great recommendations on food & cocktails. Watched her run laps around the bar area making sure everyone was good. She needs a raise... and some help. Raineys salad was great...big! Prepare for taking some home. Red Wine Vinaigrette yum. Brau chips w/queso not my thing though potentially craveable with more alcohol and fewer years in age.I was pleased as there are no other restaurant with a bar option within walking distance of M6 south of 820.Walked back for dinner. They just brought the soup... updates in a bit*Dinner update*Another pleasant walkBartender was a shorter guy with a beard. Very courteous but they were only open another hour, he was busy so I ixnayed on the jibber jabber.Got the smoked sirloin. It was perfect but I can see a full medium drying it out and making it chewy. Steamed broccoli was delicious as a side but even better broken into the broccoli cheese jalapeño soup. “We ate here for the first time today , it was very very good .. it definitely tasted all fresh made , I even bought tortillas an chips when we left . The people were incredibly friendly..the order was right , completely under priced in my opinion and out very fast . The restaurant is older but clean a really the only downfall was the music made you have to borderline yell to hear each other .“

“Our family enjoys dining at Cracker Barrel, especially breakfast for dinner. Momma's Pancake Breakfast, with 2 eggs, bacon, and 3 pancakes, is always a hit. The pancakes are fluffy while being crisp around the edges. Yum! “My wife and I had a truly amazing dining experience for our anniversary.To start, the complimentary bread was flaky and crunchy on the outside and so soft and warm on the inside. We ordered cocktails, my wife a lemon martini (that I don't remember the name of) and I a glass of wine. Both were delicious.I ordered the beef bourguignon. My wife ordered the filet. We also ordered the heirloom carrots to share. The bourguignon was both rich and tender. My wife's filet was so tender, she didn't need a knife to cut it. It was perfectly cooked and served with a wonderful wine sauce. But, the highlight (so far...my god, the dessert) of the meal were the heirloom carrots. They were cooked in a lavender oil bath and were firm and tasted heavenly. You could taste the sweetness of the carrot mixed with the savoriness of the bath in addition to the floral aromatics.Finally, we order the dessert...the TUILE AUX MÛRES. It was warm berries atop a creamy custard in turn on top of a delicious cake. All of this was surrounded by a crisp shell of goodness.I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. You will absolutely enjoy this restaurant.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. We celebrated a friends birthday in their private dining area. The service from Alexis and Juan were beyond my expectations. The food was amazing: fried nopales, chorizo, guacamole, filet, Chile relleno, mole enchiladas, and so much more. Oh! And the drinks… the amazing crafted cocktails. 10/10 for this place. “We had the best experience this weekend at Bonnell’s. Long story short we don’t go out to eat because my son has a lot of food allergies and it’s not easy to accommodate them. However it was his 13th birthday so we really wanted to celebrate. The chef worked with me prior to coming in and made sure my kiddo was able to have a wonderful and safe meal to celebrate a huge milestone. All of the staff were sweet and thoughtful as well. “My grandson was recently transported to cooks here in Fort Worth and we had to drive all the way from San Angelo to be with him, we ended up getting a hotel and saw Parton’s flashing lights and needed some dinner after a long day. The food was amazing so we ended up wanting to order another pizza and the cashier asked if we were from around here. I said no and explained our situation and why we were in town and she ended up giving us the pizza for free and was so kind and nice. The chilli cheese fries surprise were huge and delicious! The chips and queso was fresh it paired nicely with the Texas caviar paired nicely. The goat chips were unique and. We went as a large group and got seated right away. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place! It's absolutely crave worthy.

“This is our go to place when it comes to eating a great and delicious burger. They use Nolan Ryan beef so the meat is so seasoned and juicy. The B52 burger is a double meat of 1lb greatness.
