I want to shoutout a barista named Rey, or at least that is what their apron said.

Rey took the time to read my mobile order ticket & craft my drink precisely how I wanted. I know it was confusing to read given that I ordered a Hazelnut shaken espresso but w/ no hazelnut (I chose to sub macadamia).

For context - I ordered my drink at a different Starb but as I drove away it was wayyy too sweet & tasted like hazelnut. I didn’t want to go back or have to deal w/talking to someone so I just reordered at this one instead.

“I always order ahead at this spot. Depending on the line, I'll run inside and they never give me an issue if I put it on the app that I'm going through the drive thru. Always friendly, even when they are busy. This spot and Fort hood are my go to. I avoid the one on post at the food market because they rarely have order ahead and don't accept the app for payments.“

“Lexi is an absolute sweetheart. It was my daughters birthday, and we came by for a sweet treat, Lexi seemed to be the only one to notice us. She instantly gave my daughter a smile and complimented her dress. When she told her it was her birthday, she made the moment more magical. As a single mom, I appreciated the interaction she gave to my daughter. As I had just suffered a terrible week. I wanted to leave this review, to not only say thank you for making mine but also my daughters week. And to let management know that she deserves praise for her customer service. She's the type of person you want in management.“
