“I always order ahead at this spot. Depending on the line, I'll run inside and they never give me an issue if I put it on the app that I'm going through the drive thru. Always friendly, even when they are busy. This spot and Fort hood are my go to. I avoid the one on post at the food market because they rarely have order ahead and don't accept the app for payments.“

I want to shoutout a barista named Rey, or at least that is what their apron said.

Rey took the time to read my mobile order ticket & craft my drink precisely how I wanted. I know it was confusing to read given that I ordered a Hazelnut shaken espresso but w/ no hazelnut (I chose to sub macadamia).

For context - I ordered my drink at a different Starb but as I drove away it was wayyy too sweet & tasted like hazelnut. I didn’t want to go back or have to deal w/talking to someone so I just reordered at this one instead.

“I go to this Starbucks 2 times a week, I really enjoy coming. However when the girl with the very blonde hair in a ponytail is at the drive through I already expect bad customer service. She’s always rude and never gets orders correct. She gave me a Danish that was not mine and loudly said “Keep it you touched the bag so keep it!” She then yelled at me and said “You orders a Venti but you got for a grade so!?” How is that my fault? I wish the manager would move her from the drive thru. My friends dislike when she’s there as well and said they have similar experiences.“

“I tried this place a few years ago. I vowed to never go back because the service was horrible and the food was okay. But my daughter brought me back this past week, and I'm happy to say that their service is immensely improved. We had wonderfully helpful guidance in putting our order together. It was indeed very pleasant and whether the food has actually improved, or just the service made a big difference in how I perceived the food. I'm not sure, but it was very good. I will now definitely continue to go back.“
