“Was so lucky to be able to enjoy this popular j*** chicken before I left Fort Hood. I lucked out and got the last plate. I must say it was very delicious. My only issues is that it was over cooked. But it was still delicious, just the chicken was a little hard. I would highly recommend. I got the juice drink and it was a little different.“

“Run. Don’t walk to eat at Sailer’s. It is phenomenal. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits and will be a regular now anytime I’m craving it. They also included some incredible Mac ‘N Cheese balls that my husband and I both inhaled. Hands down the best!“

“I was in a wedding yesterday and they were on location! I highly recommend you use them or eat at their food truck if you aren’t at a wedding!! Their macaroni was on point and my husband and the groom agreed that the meat was beautifully falling off of the ribs!! Also he’s a nice man and we loved him!!“

“This midwestern gal loves a good BPT but they are few and far between here in Central Texas. Checkpoint Germany food truck was at Rentsch Brewery in Georgetown, Tx for Oktoberfest so I decided to try their schnitzel plate. It looked like a breaded pork tenderloin so I took it home and turned it into a sandwich.It was da bomb.Good breading, not greasy, just the right thickness and seasoned perfectly. The potatoes tasted like my Oma's.Highly recommend. And recommend this be sold as a sandwich called the BPT schnitzel. It will attract and satisfy the plethora of Hoosiers and Hawkeyes longing for a taste of home.“

“Yesterday was my first time and I absolutely loved the greens, Mac and the sweet potatoes now the sweet potatoes could have been sweeter in my opinion but I loved those three and i also loved the fact she didn’t hold back on the seasoning some soul food restaurant will hold back for customer experience I get that but for those of us who can eat foods like this I loved the seasoningHowever my catfish was like a 5 out of 10 for me it honestly tasted like unseasoned fish fry I didn’t like that however I will be coming back to try something else off the menu because Im Sure there are more delicious foods I can try and please expect to wait and have patience my food did not take super long however when I called she did advised the meats and certain items are made fresh therefore you need to wait“

“Amazing food truck! Asada taco didn't last long enough to get a picture but it was perfection (amazing flavors, perfectly chopped onions, all fresh ingredients) and birria tacos were so good. Containers, plastic ware, and napkins were high quality, salsa was incredible and she even gave a few of those little Colombina hard candies we came a little earlier than it was opened and she still helped us. Food truck was very clean. I'll be back anytime I'm in town!“
