“I need burger 🍔 king to step it up. Organize your cold 🥶 food for the hot food.
I need hot fresh food on every order fresh cookies 🍪 not the hard ones from what I witnessed is to many standing around and not using proper time management only reason is when food not and cold or hard cookies a customer should never to find out the food is not good .
Burger has always was number one for your burgers you tell me I can go to burger and have a burger that tastes like it came off the pit in my back yard is one of the coolest things but you guys reputation is going doing the drain you all better than that let's get it together we all are counting on you.
Go back and look how many times people order there burger dry and fries with no salt your customers are talking to you through the order cause there simply saying they want hot fresh food .

Today at this location the gentleman who waited on him was great and the food was prepared perfectly. We had stopped going to Burger King because for the past several years they were all horrible but today changes that. He is a great asset to your company.“

There are a few areas where their service could be improved.The burger king employees should provide the best service by focusing on processing orders in a timely manner. Meaning by having efficient systems and well-trained staff to receive, prepare, and deliver orders quickly. That will resolve any orders being processed to be received and given to the customers efficiently instead of waiting 15 minutes on anybody's order.“

“Nice Locale, friendly and professional service from the cashier. Restaurant was clean as well as its bathroom.
Good old Burger King with tasty meat, fries, and a drink. It hits the spot; had the whopper Junior this way I was satiated of a want that I had, and won’t end up to full.

“Took my children today and the staff was so kind. They were friendly and gave children crowns and were very attentive to all thr customers. The food was great! The juicy whoppers were so flavorful. We will come again soon. The onion rings are crispy and fresh.“

“Every time my wife and I go to Whitesettelment Burger King, it is immaculate. The tables and floors are clean, bathroom clean, and food prep area is clean. The employee are always cleaning or wiping something down. I rarely go to fast food places because of their cleanliness, but this one is the exception. Great place, great food, great employees and great manager.“
