Chicken Express offers friendly customer service, with staff known for their kindness and attentiveness. The environment is described as inviting and welcoming, even late in the evening. However, it's recommended to avoid visiting during peak hours due to large groups of high school students that can cause disruptions. The atmosphere is fantastic, but there may be long wait times for food. Although some customers have reported issues with the food, others have praised the quality, saying the chicken is the "best they've ever had."
Recently, some customers experienced mixed results regarding the food and service. Reports included chicken strips being shriveled and dry, and drinks having an unusual taste. There were also cleanliness concerns, such as flies and messy tables. Despite these issues, many customers appreciated the courteous and friendly service, especially from the drive-thru staff. One customer noted the fantastic service and fresh food, highlighting the amazing portion sizes and the attentiveness of the staff. Overall, Chicken Express remains a popular choice, particularly for those who enjoy great service and tasty meals.
