Brisket was great! It had just came out of the smoker and was delicious. Very friendly staff.
Being in the zoo is great, I just wish the BBQ was just slightly more flavorable. I believe the sides were okay but certainly not my first pick of BBQ places around. The zoo is amazing and I like the cafe where this BBQ places is located and I am sure my wife will appreciate it but next time I will probably just drink the sweet tea.
Best food at the Fort Worth Zoo! Great coleslaw, potato salad and the chopped brisket sandwich is delish. They have unlimited pickles, diced onions and jalapeños just past the registers that are perfect on the sandwich. Yum!
