“First-time visit wife and I got a specialty coffee. I got the new chocolate caramel and it was amazing. My only request would be when they made our coffees they just set them on the small counter so we were not aware they were ready. Other than that service was good and the coffees was good. Sucks they close at 530.“

It was almost 8pm (closing time) and I had gone to the Dunkin in Saginaw and told that their blenders were down and no donuts left. So I raced to Basswood and Steven was there and saved my night. I wanted to surprise the kids after work with some sweets and he was patient to make me drinks and get my donuts. We are all so very grateful!“
“Always great when we come here. One of the staff members that is always there and recognizes my son and is always so nice to him! She makes him the best chocolate milk and ice cream. He loves going to this store knowing he gets to see her! She always has a smile on her face and is very friendly. Her name is Kayleigh! She’s the best! She goes above and beyond for us and we love her!“
“I come here often and never had a bad experience. Today at 11AM they were clearly busy and a bit hectic but maintained positive attitude and were nice when my aunt had to order something else at the window because she forgot at the speaker. They were also out of a few breads which happens and is okay. We had to pull up and wait for maybe 2 minutes, and as the employee was bringing the food out to us, a doordasher was being extremely rude to her and shouting at her out the door. It was obviously busy and they were doing there best and i just wanted yall to know that that guy is a cry baby and yall are doing great“

“I hate feeling rushed when I order, and every time I go to Dunkin' drive through, it is a "what else" after I say one thing. Food and drinks are always okay, but Dunkin is one place. I never know what to get, so plan ahead on the app if you are going. I love the stuff bagel bites and usually get them every time I go. :)

“I made a morning visit and was impressed with restroom cleaning. The restroom was clean and stocked. Only issue noticed were a couple of unoccupied tables dirty and did not mind personally contributing with cleaning my own table. Other than that I am satisfied with the visit.“
