I came inside the other day for a late afternoon snack. I ordered original pretzel bites and a strawberries wild smoothie. The girl at the counter immediately took my order. 15 minutes went by and I was getting a touch bit impatient. I was worried about the long wait or long line as many reviews were mentioned. Luckily there were no customers in store and I was the only one in the drive thru line. Only took 2 minutes to get my smoothie. The smoothie was amazing and the service was good as well
