“Ordered from the Burleson Location's Parking Lot (Run! Do not order from here...) after waiting 45 minutes for them to say that they were out bread- and our order was ready to go. Employees had a smiles on their faces and were pleasant to interact with! We have been to this location a few times with zero issues. Will be making this location our new go-to Jimmy John's!“

“I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“
“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“

“Ate here the other day, service was very fast and the food was good. However it made me uncomfortable that the payment system prompted me for a tip and there was no default zero percent option. You have to go through a few steps to opt out of tipping.“

“Despite the chaos that the free sub promo created the team at this location handled it like pros. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly. Hopefully people tipped as I did because they truly deserved it. Well done team! Toasted subs are a hit. My family appreciated the freebie. We were already fans of JJ but this is just the cherry on top. Cheers!

“Never had a problem with this particular Jimmy John's. I place my order for pickup, walk in to pick it up, and I'm off to eat it. Employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always exactly how I ordered. With their rewards program, there is almost no reason not to eat here.“
“I love that they offer the unwiched version of any sandwich here! It makes it easier for people who are on restricted diets to actually have options when they need to grab something quick to eat. The service was great, and my unwich was amazing!“

“We went to two other jimmy John’s before this one tonight (there was a bread shortage) and had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The two guys working went above and beyond at this location and made an amazing sandwhich. I would return in a heartbeat.“
“This has been our favorite lunch spot for years. The owners are wonderful, and the pride of their work really shows. They've taken the time to get to know us and greet us with a smile. Any other location pales in comparison! I highly recommend supporting this business.“
“Came in on a hot summer day with and infant and toddler. It was nice and cold inside at 5 pm. The worker was very kind and even helped me open the door when I left. Awesome food quality and service. I only give it 4 stars because no changing table. Jimmy Johns do better, people got families.“
“I just left this restaurant. I was given excellent customer service. The manager was very patient with me as I went through the menu. He was training a new employee who made a delicious looking sandwich.I don't eat at Jimmy John's often, but given their customer service I will definitely be back. Can't wait to get home to eat.
Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap spaces are close to the front door.“
