Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Fort Worth

“I ordered 2 shrimp tackle boxes and a box of Louisiana garlic wings. One of the workers didn't put my sides in the boxes and after I got home I had to turn around and go back. The manager Ivan seen how disgusted I was and he corrected the mistake of his employee and made my whole order over with no charge. That's what you call good customer service. Kudos to Ivan!!“

“Cute store, very festive for the holidays. Good food however couldn't get anyone on the speaker in the drive thru. Got to the window and it looked like only two girls running circles around each other making orders and the other two standing with their backs to the drive thru huddled around one girls phone.“

“The best Popeyes I’ve had. The service was excellent and the food was FRESH and perfectly made! I will drive to this one rather than the one that’s 4 min away from me, off of 35 and western center. Had that one day before and the chicken was old just reheated. But THIS Popeyes location is the bees ? knees! Love it!“

“I visited this location on Sunday March 16th. The service and food was sooo unbelievably good that it made me return today on Tuesday March 18th .. The staff here are really really nice but more than that the food is hot and FRESH. This chicken is fried the way chicken is suppose to be fried. I had almost given up on eating fried chicken at a restaurant in Texas. Past experiences have been horrible especially at the location in Lake Worth. I want to give special acknowledgement to Marcella and Idalia. Both of these two ladies on different days were extremely professional, extremely kind... Friendly and welcoming. I didn't even make it out the parking lot on either visit with that chicken... I opened the bag each time to check the accuracy and quality of my order and smh..... I left the lot with chicken bones and an empty bowl of red beans and rice ... Just ate it all right in the car .. it was so greedy of me. Lol. But danngone it that chicken, the red beans and rice the biscuit, jalapeno pepper, sweet heat sauce and Coca Cola was 🔥 🔥 🔥. Will be returning soon. Thanks team Popeyes at this location... Keep up the awesome service!!!!“

“Look man, it's Popeyes so you know what you're getting with the food. It's good. The question is the service and overall experience. This was great. The guy helping me was very polite and quick and I asked for a certain piece of chicken and he was very nice and polite and got it for me. The eating area was nice and clean. As far as they all go, this one was quite above average. And the food was made right and pieces were big and juicy and awesome. Not dry or lacking in any way.“

“The fries was a little cold, but besides that the service I received was good. You could tell the front lady crew members was fraustating her but she remained precessional. The food was to my surprise good and piping hot! I will be returning.“

“Haven't been to this location in awhile I didn't have good service or quality food b4 but I went in today around 7pm and it was a total transformation still had to wait about 15-20 minutes but it was worth the wait food was cooked perfectly crispy and on point I had to update my review please pay the cooks more 😅“
