Longhorn Cellars had a special place in our hearts as being very kid friendly and overall we have enjoyed stopping by on our way back from Luckenbach on each of our bi-annual trips to Fred.This past week, we dropped in on Wednesday around 3:30 to doa tasting and check out the progress on the new building and see the farm animals.I promptly went in to talk to the server to let her know we'd like to do tasting but we were waiting for the rest of our party. We were dropped off by the shuttle, got our wine in plastic cups so we would walk around and then we walked over to see the longhorns and the vineyard! It is a great location and has several photo opportunities they are currently working on opening a restaurant, barrel room, and wine library! Can't wait to return and see it again!

We were referred here from Limestone Charm RV Resort a few miles down the road. I cannot say enough good things about this winery! The wine was superb, and the atmosphere/decor was so cool. Everyone was so friendly! Such a beautiful place to enjoy some great wine and relax. We will definitely be back! 5 stars!
