“I wanted to be a bit harsher with my stars but I cant because its Shipley's...... They are a go to breakfast spot for me and the service has always been A PLUS. But the kolaches are going downhill in my opinion. And that was a staple to me. Bread hasnt been all the way cooked, seems like the snausages are getting smaller or the breads getting bigger and they are skimpy on the cheese. Im not eating shipleys in the AM to be healthy. FIll that sucker up.“

“I absolutely love the croissants here and have not been able to find anywhere else that makes them like this. The homeaid croissant bread is so flakey you will have flakes all over your shirt after you eat it. The ham is not the thick cut actual ham but instead thin sliced with the ooey gooey swiss cheese in the middle. YUMM. We make a point to go to Freeport from Houston at least once a month for these.“
