“Really DEE BEST donuts I've ever had!! Went here one time just to try it out and I've kept coming back. Everything we've ordered from here has been delicious. We've tried cinnamon twists (our favorite), donuts, kolaches, breakfast sandwiches. 10s across the board! They're always so nice when we go and they remember us! Since I've started going here I haven't been anywhere else for donuts. It just won't compare to how good this place is, aptly named. I love their food and their service. It always puts a smile on our faces to go here. If I had to choose a "hidden gem" for this town, it would definitely be here. I'm going to get everything from their menu at some point. “I absolutely love the croissants here and have not been able to find anywhere else that makes them like this. The homeaid croissant bread is so flakey you will have flakes all over your shirt after you eat it. The ham is not the thick cut actual ham but instead thin sliced with the ooey gooey swiss cheese in the middle. YUMM. We make a point to go to Freeport from Houston at least once a month for these.“
“If you're craving a donut in Brazoria, there's only one place in town. Thankfully it will satisfy both the craving and the experience. The apple fritters are phenomenal. The boudin kolaches are my favorite on that side of the counter . They actually taste like boudin too!“
“I wanted to be a bit harsher with my stars but I cant because its Shipley's...... They are a go to breakfast spot for me and the service has always been A PLUS. But the kolaches are going downhill in my opinion. And that was a staple to me. Bread hasnt been all the way cooked, seems like the snausages are getting smaller or the breads getting bigger and they are skimpy on the cheese. Im not eating shipleys in the AM to be healthy. FIll that sucker up.“

We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary at UTMB Angleton- Danbury Hospital. My husband has terminal stage 4 metastisized prostate cancer. I am so grateful to have kind people to fix a box for the nurses and techs on the 2nd floor. I appreciated you making another box the next day for the nurses and staff.
