“Most of our visit was excellent. Our waitress was fantastic and the food was perfect. The facilities could use a few touch-ups, but it was clear they were just coming off a dinner rush. When we arrived, there weren’t enough chairs at our table and a few dirty napkins were left on a chair and the floor—minor issues, and forgivable.

The reason this is not a 5-star review is the hostess. In that role, you are the face of the establishment, and no guest should pass by without at least being acknowledged. This is something I learned in luxury hospitality with the Ritz-Carlton. We walked past three times and were acknowledged only once, and that was with haste and a dismissive tone. When the initial impression isn’t set and kept, it can affect the whole experience. Fortunately, the rest of the team did their part and helped make the evening enjoyable.“

“Love the pineapple dole. Overall great selection. We do love sitting outside at tables. Price is fair. Only drawback was the bathrooms were closed off and it felt like it was out of convenience, clerk had no reason or apology when asked. Def an issue when you bring kids.“

“Vulnerable moment: Since being diagnosed with gastritis, my health and diet has been turned upside down. Making plans in advance is impossible because I never know how sick i will be. I spend most of the day silently in pain and finding appetizing things to eat that wont irritate my stomach has been a battle I’ve kind of given up on until we figure out how I got gastritis and heal. Having to go spice, additive, dairy, gluten, and (mostly) sugar free to fight the inflammation, I’ve had to handmake everything down to my own sandwich bread. It was SO nice to feel a bit of normalcy today, be able to order from a menu without asking for crazy accommodations, and to have something actually amazing tasting. My love language is now their snickerdoodles and coffee cake! While I hope my illness is temporary, I will be forever thankful for this bakery and what they did for me today! ❤️🍪“

“The entrees are great. Good portion sizes. I can usually eat half of it and take the other half for lunch to work the next day. My favorites are the firecracker chicken and the honey seared chicken, but honestly they are all pretty good. Minor complaint, in dishes with lots of vegetables they overcook them just a bit, at least for my taste.“

“The amazing and talented bakers here KNOCKED OUR CAKE OUT OF THE PARK! I’m still in awe of how amazing it not only looked, but how amazing the cake tasted! We had so many compliments from guests saying it was the best wedding cake they’ve ever eaten.. and we agree! We chose the flavors caramel, marble, and strawberry all with cream cheese frosting.
Y’all have definitely gained loyal cake customers for life. 🤍

“Everyone knows that finding delicious GF sweets is hard to do, but CAMBO comes close! I tried her GF donuts (plain, blueberry, & chocolate), which you can get without the glaze (!!!)-I went fully glazed and warmed up and the donuts were great. I also tried the jalapeno & cheese kolache (GF and Keto Friendly), and the sausage was tasty but the bread part was meh, and they are small. On the plus side, nutritional info for Keto is available on the glass, so it is convenient. My kiddos enjoyed donut holes and loved the star shaped donuts instead of the traditional circle donut. My husband really liked the powdered sugar donut and said it reminded him of a beignet (he is from NOLA) and also got the boudin kolache which he said was good.“

“Nice, clean cafe with fresh food. The cranberry chicken salad is my fave. They serve it on your bread of choice with a pickle, potato salad or chips, and a mini pumpkin muffin. Their pies are out of this world, but the Coca-Cola cake lets me time travel to my childhood.“

There are lots of good choices of flavors, and I appreciate how new flavors are rotated through the list frequently. There are also many toppings to choose from, including crushed Oreos, chocolate chips, sprinkles, crushed peanuts, M&Ms, and much more. There are three different chocolate syrups, a marshmallow syrup, and a Reese’s peanut butter syrup. You can also take home the spoons they provide you with, adding a nice touch to the place. The interior is clean and decorated well. Always a treat.
