“I go here multiple times a week. It’s a decent Jack. They have never gotten my order wrong. The line goes quick, when there is one. Most of the time it’s just one or two cars. They go fast. The food is consistent. Get to it hot and it is just as good as real food. Not that it’s not real food but you know what I mean. The sodas all taste off but the Tea and Iced Coffee is good. For a while there, if I went late, there was often no tea. It’s been better recently but idk if that’s just luck. All the employees are really nice. “Do you need any sauce?” Every time. Love it. Keep on guys. Also, make the Chicken Tater Melt a permanent menu item again. Please.“

“Ok so def mixed feelings about here. Pozole, chilaquiles, quesadillas and watermelon lemonade were all literally amazing. No doubt food was on point. Here’s my concerns. No chips until we were sitting there for 20 mins. We also waited 42 mins for our food. Table behind us got the same thing and got their food before us. I went up there and said something and from one server I was told “I don’t know what’s going on”. Then cashier told me “she would check and she didn’t know what was going on”. Cashier was sweet and did try to help. I think they skipped our order and when she went back there that’s when they made it. Food is a 9.5. My drink was a 10. Service is a 2! If we weren’t in such a hurry, it probably wouldn’t have been as big of a deal but because it made us late for a baby shower it definitely was a big deal. I’ll def be back and hopefully the experience will be better.“

They greeted us with a smile, were respectful and pleasant. Dallas was in constant motion: taking orders, cleaning tables and checking on us. I noticed Anthony was friendly to each customer he served and he was also taking care of other tasks, not just standing around. I appreciated their work ethic.
