I've been to many, many places looking for good chicharron. Rodriguez has the absolute best, hands down. I find myself craving these amazing taco's and have to satisfy the addition almost weekly. Food is ready fast and extremely affordable. Don't sleep on this truck, do yourself a favor and order the chicharron today.
Just went here yesterday for the first time & let me tell you...these tacos are the bomb! I got the fajita & pastor tacos - they were delicious! I'm extremely picky. When I took the first bite I fell in love because the corn tortillas were actually soft. I've tried the Tacos Tec tacos & I'm not in love with their tortillas, even right after they give them to you...for the price they charge their tacos they should really focus on making the dang tortillas better. I told them what I wanted ,and they told me the price and I was like oof, but when he handed me my food it was like 3 containers, fat bowl of charro beans foil wrapped grilled onions ,onions and cilantro on the side wrapped ,2 chillis and 4 salsas I was like damn ,you know I'm eating in my truck right ? Lol ?
