“Excellent best icream ever back again“

“I had the Nutella and ube soft serve taiyaki, and I also had the oreo soft serve.

The soft serve was so milky, creamy and delicious. Also, the presentation was gorgeous.

Everything was excellent, the vibe was chill xcept it is so crowded in this block.

The gentleman working the front was very helpful, kind, friendly, and courteous. Just not very kids friendly.

I would come here again and I recommend this place.“

“This newly open Cold Stone Creamery at 1710 FM 423 and Main Street in Frisco has quickly become a popular spot for ice cream lovers. I tried the cheesecake ice cream, and it was pretty good—rich and flavorful. The service was also a pleasant surprise; it was quick and excellent, making the experience even better.

“Our family loves dippin’ dots, but it’s not always easy to find outside of amusement parks and attractions. We were so happy to find dippin’ dots in this mall! A little pricey, but will definitely come back to get our fix whenever we want dippin’ dots!“

Parking: There is parking all around the building and over flow can go to McDonalds or the preschool.

“Our family of 4 had a great dine-in experience at this location! This location has both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins, so you can get both donuts/coffee and some ice cream. The space was inviting and had a great design/aesthetic.The lovely staff member who helped us, Neveah, was very friendly and cheerful when she greeted us, and was accommodating when we wanted to sample a couple flavors before making our selection.There were a couple containers of ice cream that probably needed to be changed or for a new one. A couple flavors had some ice frost or were down to the bottom of the barrel (see pic example), but the flavors we got were great! We ordered cotton candy, pralines and cream, and Jamoca. Cake cones were a little stale, so maybe have them stored in a more airtight container.The table we sat at was not wiped down, so there were a couple drips of ice cream/crumbs on the seat and table. Maybe have staff wipe down the seating area more regularly (or after customers leave the table).Overall nice location, friendly/helpful staff, and good experience. We will be back!“

“I ordered the, Holy Oreo crepe, and it was DELICIOUS! 5-stars for the service and food for sure! The crepe has, Nutella spread throughout the crepe, filled with Oreos and marshmallows, topped with powdered sugar, drizzled with more Nutella (I think, or chocolate), then topped with more Oreos and marshmallows!! It’s sweet but not overpowering in my opinion! Go give this place a try!!!“
