McDonald's in Frisco

“This McDonald’s is the only one that actually does my burger with no pickles or mustard but still adds the other stuff. Usually the employees are lazy and just make it plain at other locations. Props to the employees for actually putting in effort to their job.“

“Use the app when I come by here, deals on there are good. Can fill up for less than $10. The staff here are friendly, idk their name but the gentleman I see in the mornings is very friendly and always upbeat. Love to see that. Drives a nice red truck. Thank you for ur kindness.“

“Im gonna be real honest, there is always going to be a special place in my heart for this location because i know some people here. With that being said. This location is good if you want fresh food, if no one is answering at the speaker it’s most likely because they are busy/dont have many workers working. Give them some time to do what they need to do. I would suggest being a little more clean as far as the inside other than that, I appreciate everyone who works at this location. Because i understand that the customers can be very difficult.“

“Went to this McDonald's to get a coffee for all nighter at work I asked if they had fresh coffeesince it was late and they said yes so I payed pulled up together mty coffee and the lady at drive thru asked how I was in spanish I replied and she aske me if I can pull forward they were going to make fresh cafecito which I thought was so nice im sure there were not many customers coming in for coffee at 10 pm“

“I had the pleasure of visiting this location on Christmas. The staff were so full of Christmas cheer and joy! I swore that when I pulled up to the window, I could hear them singing Christmas carols in the kitchen!! ✨️🎄🥺 When my order was handed to me, they said "I hope you and your family have a wonderful joyous Christmas!!" “I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years and this McDonald’s is by far one of the most cleanest and fanciest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. It’s run by the O’Reilly group, which whom are a great family in the McDonald’s corporation. Chuck and juli and their daughter Tara really care about the community. They serve in and it reflects very well on staff and the food. This McDonald’s looks like a five star restaurant, a young woman by the name of lieceida Help me out in the morning when I had trouble with my McDonald’s app. She is very patient kind and understood. Exactly what I wanted on my order. Because of people like her, this is why we I choose this McDonald’s and any O’Reilly McDonald’s over any other group. If you’re looking for the cleanest McDonald’s in the county then this is your best bet.“

“I made an mobile order on a Saturday night and I was not able to pickup as my car broke down. I tried to cancel but the order was already initiated. Tried to call the location but I guess they were super busy. I was already considering that I lost that amount and this morning I received an email for the refund. Shout out to the management as they kindly reimbursed me for the total order! I was not expecting so thank you!“
