“After darshan, love eating from temple canteen. Saturday lunch sorted!? We get puri-potato subzi, veg Uthappam, tamarind rice, sambhar rice, samosa everytime. We don’t like their medu vada(not warm) and curd rice(rice not cooked properly).“

While visiting Texas we decided to try this restaurant that was recommend.
The restaurant is located in a strip mall.
It is very accessible and looks well taken care of inside and out.
As you enter you are met by the hostess.
Its a small nice restaurant but set up well were you don't feel too crowded
There wasn't much of a wait for a weekend with a party of 5.
We ordered drinks and the orange juice appeared to be freshly squeezed but unfortunately not too good.
I diont know how you could mess that.up, but it didn't deter us from ordering and giving them a try.
We ordered French toast, 2 meat omelets, porfait, and pancakes.
The omelets, pancakes and porfait came out pretty fast.
I think she forgot the French toast order because she asked what's missing and took a few minutes to come out and the toast was delayed.
The presentation of all the meals looked great when they arrived at the table.
The meat lovers omelets were good and big servings with plenty of meats.
The French toast was a big stack and I am sure that would satisfy most people.
The parfait was also a generous serving.
The pancakes were not fully cooked unfortunately.
When we mentioned it to the waitress, I believe she forgot and never offered a solution.
The pancakes being undercooked the order of French toast being forgotten and the oj not being too good are the only reason for a 4 star.
I'll blame it on it being a busy weekend.
I will say there was tables still empty so it wasn't overcrowded
Just trying not to knock the place too much.
The restaurant was clean and the restroom was clean and the food was good.
I would try it again but not go out of my way to visit this location as there so many restaurants to continue to try.“

“Lonnie was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Place was spacious, clean, and fun. The food was excellent, although i would like if they had a small plate option for lunch, but i digress. I was greeted by 3 different people and my food came out quickly. Lonnie told the manager Derrick that it was my first time there and he brought me a little treat with my food. The food was amazing and just walking in made my mouth water from the smell. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great experience during my lunch break!“

There are two indoor seating areas, can be quite busy so be patient when it comes to seating. No reservations, just first come, first serve. Opening hours are 11am to 2pm (lunch) and 5-pm (dinner) during the week and 11am to 9pm on weekends. Everything is very simple. Choose one of five chicken (or fried catfish) mains. They will be brought out along salad and unlimited cream biscuits, corn, green beans, mash potatoes. I ordered the chicken fried steak and found it to be pretty good. All sides were fine. They offer desserts as well if you've room left over after your chicken dinner .“
