“The food is amazing. It takes awhile to get food. Especially when someone takes your order from the counter inside, when you're in the drive thru.. but the employees are so nice and accommodating. We especially like the burgers and sundaes!“

“We love this location. However don't put young untrained teens on the front lines. They need to be trained in the essentials helping senior citizens read the menue.
Vegetarian options: Need a larger non meat options.
Dietary restrictions: Not many diabetic options.Also need the option if low salt to no salt varieties.
Parking: Need better handicap options.No curbs......etc.
Kid-friendliness: Yes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, however need to have automatic doors.“

“One of the best Chicken Express I've ever been to. Food was very fresh,hot and delicious. Makes a person wonder why alot of other fast food restaurants settle for less. I would definitely recommend Chicken Express in Gainesville Texas to everyone.“

“I’m a recurring customer and have been for years.. and I’ve got to say this particular Taco Bell doesn’t miss. I’ve never had anything weird happen with my food or orders here. The staff is always friendly, food comes out fresh, restrooms are clean and same goes for the dining area. I’ve had good interactions with the managers as well. I’d say this is the #1 Taco Bell I’ve been to and I’ve been to countless Taco Bell’s around the USA.“

“We are regulars at the Golden Chick in Gainesville, TX. A Shout Out to the manager, Daniel, for being friendly and helpful. The other employees are great also, friendly and competent. We enjoy grilled chicken, chicken tenders and cream gravy, a side such as fried okra, and a buttered roll. Great fast lunch.“

“I often have poor experiences at other McDonald's locations, but every time I come here, I leave with 100% satisfaction. 1. They never rush me when placing my order. 2. They're very polite, even if I miss something and have to add it at the window. 3. When we pull up to the window, were ALWAYS greeted with a smile. 4. If they happen to get your order wrong, they go above and beyond to fix it. Overall, Karter(with a K) and Mr. Dre were amazing. They really changed my perspective of McDonalds. Thanks guys!“

“The food here is good, as is the service. Nothing really special about a chain burger place. But it is usually clean and quiet, usually have to ask for ketchup because the dispenser is usually always empty. But worth a stop if you are on this side of town.“

“I always get the oldie but goody the Philly sandwich with extra provolone toasted and they always remember that I don't want the green peppers, Great Place, Great People
Vegetarian options: They have a wide variety of options for the vegetarian lovers out there and I have tried a all vegetarian sandwich once and I would definitely recommend it!!!“
