“I’m a recurring customer and have been for years.. and I’ve got to say this particular Taco Bell doesn’t miss. I’ve never had anything weird happen with my food or orders here. The staff is always friendly, food comes out fresh, restrooms are clean and same goes for the dining area. I’ve had good interactions with the managers as well. “We are regulars at the Golden Chick in Gainesville, TX. A Shout Out to the manager, Daniel, for being friendly and helpful. The other employees are great also, friendly and competent. We enjoy grilled chicken, chicken tenders and cream gravy, a side such as fried okra, and a buttered roll. Great fast lunch.“

“I frequently use the drive thru for my husband who loves the spicy chicken sandwiches. I am often waiting on my by employee Piper. Although she always has a face mask on I can tell by her voice and sparkling eyes when she greets me that she has a big smile on her face. She presents a happy and cheerful image for the company at every visit. She always brightens my day. Thank you Piper.“

“I often have poor experiences at other McDonald's locations, but every time I come here, I leave with 100% satisfaction. 1. They never rush me when placing my order. 2. They're very polite, even if I miss something and have to add it at the window. 3. When we pull up to the window, were ALWAYS greeted with a smile. 4. If they happen to get your order wrong, they go above and beyond to fix it. Overall, Karter(with a K) and Mr. Dre were amazing. They really changed my perspective of McDonalds. Thanks guys!“
