The service was impeccable the staff was some of the best in the business . The food as always was hot, fresh , delicious. They embraced the challenge like champs. “Omgosh the food here is sooo good and fresh! I usually order the fish & shrimp combo, always cooked perfectly served nice & hot and quickly. We live in Central Texas and our trips to Winstar aren’t only for the entertainment they are just as much for a trip to Chips ‘N Ales!“

“We went out of convenience to have something for everyone (Tuesday Lunch hour). It was a great surprise how wonderful everything was! There were so many options, it was truly great. Personally, I had taco meat/queso over chips and a tamale and flauta - all excellent. Also fried shrimp, hush puppies, fried okra - all excellent. Then bites of pecan pie and lemon bar - both great. Honestly, not sure where the complaints are from. It was super clean, friendly staff. Will definitely be back without hesitation.“
