I love this place, and I don’t even drink. 😂
The Brisket Grilled Cheese is arguably my favorite sandwich in Galveston. Smoked brisket, barbecue sauce, and cheese toasted up perfectly golden brown and served with a side of fries? To be completely transparent I always have leftovers, but it isn’t for lack of trying. That sandwich is so delicious.

I went on a Monday just for a flight while the wife was shopping. All good but I didnt care for the Black Cherry Shine. I would visit again.
We hosted our wedding welcome party at Texas Tail and it was absolutely fantastic. From the beginning, they were so easy to work with—responsive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making our event special. Planning felt effortless thanks to their clear communication and helpful attitude.
