“I’ve been to many Subway locations, but the one in Ganado really stood out. Robert and Kim were absolutely awesome — kind, quick, and clearly took pride in their work. They kept everything clean, worked smoothly as a team, and made the whole experience pleasant. I was genuinely impressed. Great job, you two!“

“I posted this on Whataburger’s FB page today. My husband and son are truck drivers. They stopped at the Whataburger in Edna TX. Since you are not allowed in the dining room right now, they stood in the drive thru to place their order. A lady with a headset on, walked all the way down there where they were and told them they could not be there. She refused to take their order and made them leave. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She said the only way they could order was thru the app. And they tried to download the app but there wasn’t good enough connection to load the app. They finally walked across to CHURCH’S CHICKEN who was happy to take their order.“

“This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion.We went to this Subway on Monday 7/26/21.FOOD/ DRINKS: we ordered two veggie sandwiches. foot-long 9 grains bread and a mix of vegetables and greens. it was good even though we did not get any cheese on top as we wanted. but still good.when we went they had no small size cup, so even if we paid for a small size drink, we ended up getting a large size drink (the only available that day).ICE: they have the good ice!!!! the have the small cubes ice, that we love!!!!CLEANLINESS: the tables and benches were clean, but the floor wasn't. they had a whole bunch of chips crumps, onions and some other stuff that you don't want to see while eating. (reason for the 4 stars).PLACE: The place is small and cute. pretty neat I would say. they have tons of chips and the drinks station is shared with LOVE'S ( they are in the same building).STAFF: there were 3 girls. the one that served us was nice, friendly and a big smile (she was earing glasses). she welcomed us, unlike the other girls, she was very pro-active and smart. she just misunderstood what we wanted so she ended up putting a whole bunch of cheese on the bottom (while what we wanted was some cheese on the bottom and some on top of all the other ingredients. she gave us a good amount of napkins and said "thank you, buy".the girls that was at the cash register wasn't nice and actually pretty dry and when our server told her they needed to clean the floor she replied "I'm not going to do that, I don't care". which is something that you don't want say in front of the customers. but obviously she really did not care.(this is a reason for the 4 stars).LOCATION: it is in the same building with the LOVE'S store. so you can use their restroom (very clean by the way) and their drinks station, very clean too.CONCLUSIONS: I would definitely go back there and hope the manager reads this review of mine.“
