One customer received a grilled chicken BLT with avocado, but the avocado was hard and not ripe, which affected the sandwich. The chicken was sliced in small pieces and kept falling out, but the blueberry muffin was good. Delivery orders can sometimes be mishandled, like a cinnamon crunch bagel that was toasted without request and improperly packaged, leading to a ruined top half and a disappointing experience. Despite these issues, Panera is known for its delicious breads, pastries, soups, and sandwiches, and is a good option for those looking to eat healthier.
