“I just want to give a huge shout out to The Yard milkshake bar in Georgetown. I ordered a big ol ice cream and I didn’t read the description correctly. It was on a slide show so I tried to read it like 3 times to make sure. Well I didn’t like it. I was just going to just throw it away and not say anything but the manager came by and asked how come I didn’t eat it and I told her. Well she ended up bringing me a whole other type of ice cream that I actually liked to make sure I had a good experience there! That’s what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by three of the sweetest, kindest, and most respectful young ladies — Ella, Faith, and Nevaeh. Their warm smiles and genuine attitudes truly stood out and reminded me of a time when customer service was every business’s top priority.

In today’s world, it’s rare to walk into a store and feel seen and appreciated as a customer, but that’s exactly how I felt today thanks to these three. They were exceptional — polite, professional, and just full of positive energy.
