“I just want to give a huge shout out to The Yard milkshake bar in Georgetown. I ordered a big ol ice cream and I didn’t read the description correctly. It was on a slide show so I tried to read it like 3 times to make sure. Well I didn’t like it. I was just going to just throw it away and not say anything but the manager came by and asked how come I didn’t eat it and I told her. Well she ended up bringing me a whole other type of ice cream that I actually liked to make sure I had a good experience there! That’s what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! “I had such a wonderful experience today at the Crumbl Cookies in the Wolf Ranch shopping center in Georgetown, Texas. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by three of the sweetest, kindest, and most respectful young ladies — Ella, Faith, and Nevaeh. Their warm smiles and genuine attitudes truly stood out and reminded me of a time when customer service was every business’s top priority.

In today’s world, it’s rare to walk into a store and feel seen and appreciated as a customer, but that’s exactly how I felt today thanks to these three. They were exceptional — polite, professional, and just full of positive energy.

And of course, the cookies were just as amazing as the service. Warm, fresh, and delicious — everything Crumbl is known for.

I will absolutely be returning, not just for the cookies but for the outstanding customer service. I’ll never forget their faces or the kindness they showed me. Give those girls some recognition — they deserve it!“

“You will definitely enjoy the ice cream sandwiches! We counted at least 12 cookie flavors, 12 different ice creams, and 12 possible toppings. We found the staff friendly and the ice cream treats scrumptious.“

“Took my parents to this location yesterday for their first Culver’s trip. I frequently ate at the Culver’s on Braker Ln in Austin when I lived here, but I now live in Seattle, and the closest Culver’s is an 8-hour drive. I therefore was hellbent on getting some Culver’s while I was here on my trip. This particular Culver’s is apparently brand new, and my parents live in nearby Sun City, so this worked out well. My parents enjoyed the food as much as I did/do, but it was so busy that I’m not sure they’ll go back. My plan is to highlight the drive-thru option in conversation. Please, Culver’s, open a Seattle-area location!“

“Another good Mayfield DQ. Small and compact inside but still plenty of seating. 4 tables outside as well. Tacos were nice and krispy and they were very generous with the tomatoes. Clean and professional. Onion rings were on point. Wish other Dairy Queens were run as good as these Mayfield ones.“

“Lately, orders have been incorrect and food is luke warm at best. Today the app didn't give me my discount and the gal said I had to contact corporate because they could not refund it there. Then on top of all that, my burgers were made incorrectly and not even close to hot.“
