Decided to eat inside the restaurant with my wife and had the pleasure of watching the staff deal with multiple rude customers.

I really hate the new fountain drinks status. I don’t want to have to come to the counter and beg for a refill and I don’t like having to get an extra cup of ice to get ice in my drink.
Had to wait 6 minutes for mcdoubles with no line in front of me.
