“Driving thru Gonzales Texas and saw a small town chicken joint. I’m a sucker for fresh livers and gizzards so had to stop and see if they were on the menu.
To my luck they were! Even better the drive thru menu says there will be a wait while they make them fresh.
Talk about fresh!! They were hot and crisp. The wait was so worth it.
The price was less than $10 and included a roll and gravy.
I have zero complaints.
This place is a gem.
I don’t get there often but will definitely stop in every time for this amazing food.
Full transparency I did not go inside.
