“This could have easily turned into a bad experience. My thin crust Philly cheesesteak pizza was semi burned. I asked for a new one, the manager immediately had the cook prepare it and he also offered me a credit. I declined because the staff was truly busy and I understood things can’t always be perfect. The staff was having fun while preparing customer meals. I like to see that..keep up the good work and great attitudes“
