“I was in Austin for the 4th this past weekend and had stopped in at the farmers market. I saw their booth and decided to stop in and check it out. I ended up getting the strawberry cheesecake and the boozy tiramisu cheesecake. OMG the strawberry is so delicious. I am from New Orleans so I will definitely have to take a trip back soon and get some more!

I put the Tiramisu one in the freezer for a treat later on. The Tiramisu one was AH-MAZ-ING! Seriously about to drive the 9 hours from NOLA to get some more. Wish they would have the option to order online and ship them! *chef’s kiss*”

“I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and I will always say the food here is amazing! Because of the pandemic she hasn’t had enough business and that is why she opens certain hours and the other side of the buffet isn’t open anymore. Her best hours are during the weekdays between 11AM-1PM, that’s when she puts out a lot of fresh food. She also does takeout! I know the place isn’t the tidiest or newest but it’s just her and her husband running the restaurant so have some compassion. She doesn’t fully understand English so that’s another thing to take into consideration, otherwise her food will always be my favorite! ♡︎”

“I want to give an update. I have changed my rating based on my experience today with Beatrice. She actually did call me back. She offered multiple times to make the food for me herself. I am just not ready to try it ate Taco Bell just yet but when I asked for the money back she graciously agreed. I went up in person to get it back and I was unable to locate the credit card that we used for that particular order so she graciously offered to give me cash. There was also a very nice woman helping her with the refund process.
I am very thankful they were both very helpful. They were both very polite and professional.
I commented to them about the inside of the restaurant it looks absolutely bright and clean and very inviting.
One of these days I will go back because I have to admit I love Taco Bell!!
I think that's why it was such a bad experience because we hadn't eaten there and so so long we were looking so forward to it was right before Christmas it was our last little indulgence before all the holiday stuff and it was such a disappointment.
But I want to say they were great today and I will go back and try it again.

I am still calling the store and not getting anybody to call me back. I am not going to let this one go either because we spent $27 and it was just absolute crap there was nothing in that bag that was put together properly, it was thrown in there so badly and literally everything was just all over the place like we had to basically reassemble the tacos because they weren't even wrapped.
This incident happened right before Christmas I have literally been calling for weeks and weeks and I literally just called again now and was told by somebody named Beatrice after I said this is regarding a complaint that Elizabeth wasn't in today.
Elizabeth hasn't been at work for a month apparently...”
