“First of all, the location will confuse you. It is in a sort of business strip, in a faceless, characterless corner of South Irving, without even a name board. My guess is that the place is not zoned for food service.

Second, food is, as the name claims 100% Kerala. Unapologetically so. So if you are looking for generic Indian stuff like naan and butter chicken, wrong place to go.

Food is very tasty, period. But it feels unhealthy, soaked/dripping in oil. I had an upset stomach the first time I ate here.

The girl who was managing the cash counter and waiting on us at the same time was exceptionally good. Nice, well spoken and efficient. She flat out refused to accept a tip at the end, which was unbelievable in this day and age.

Interior is basic, and pricing is slightly above average.“

“It's a good place to work very easy work and there's a $1,800 sign on bonus if you decide to go to work there $500 the first month second month another $500 third month you get the 800 so if you guys go out there and apply for a job put me down as a reference I would like that like I said it's a good job and they feed you free they have a cafeteria there's always something different everyday and if you don't like that they have you can make a salad or you can have a sandwich... “Turning Point is one of our favorite breweries in the DFW area and we make it a point to to stop in anytime we are in the area visiting family. Having visited breweries across the US, one thing that is usually lacking in quality 99% of the time is food. I am not sure how long Godspeed has been serving up their delicious BBQ at Turning Point but the brewery should do everything they can to retain them. Godspeed has some of THE BEST brisket I have ever had in my life. It was melt in your mouth good and the bark was perfection. They have bbq sauce available but this is one of those times you should let the meat speak for itself and savor the flavor of it on its own before you douse it in sauce. I promise you will thank me later for this. Also, the beans were FANTASTIC!!! I can understand if y’all don’t want to share the recipe but they were some of the best beans I have ever had! We were hoping to find some fantastic BBQ on our visit and decided to end our at at Turning Point. Who knew we would find some of the best BBQ we have ever had in our entire lives??? The family that runs it is super friendly too. Shout out to the owner’s Dad who was so kind and generous with his time chatting us up! “My Fiance and I visited this establishment last night as part of our effort to visit different places to dine at. It was interesting to watch them make it. using a technique I've never heard of. ( Hydrogen ? ) They were very busy as a lot of people had come to visit them as well. Thankfully there was a large outdoor pavilion to sit and eat the ice cream at. Because the music in the store was louder than I prefer. It's not cheap. But I think it was worth the visit. We may try them again at some point.“
