“Best wings and fried rice there is. I always make sure to get it when I’m in town. The place gets super packed so it’s best to order online or over the phone. Nearly impossible to keep it neat because of how busy it gets so we always get it to go.“

“We had the best experience this weekend at Bonnell’s. Long story short we don’t go out to eat because my son has a lot of food allergies and it’s not easy to accommodate them. However it was his 13th birthday so we really wanted to celebrate. The chef worked with me prior to coming in and made sure my kiddo was able to have a wonderful and safe meal to celebrate a huge milestone. All of the staff were sweet and thoughtful as well. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm. I’m happy to forever brag on this restaurant!“

It’s simply addicting.\n\nYou can sit indoors or outdoors on two levels, but only IF you get here before the crowd. You can eat, drink. look out over the Trinity River and watch the people on the Trinity Trails bike path. \n\nThe rest of the menu is good, bordering on great, and then there is Medi Dip. “I reccomend this place for a great night with family and friends .Atmosphere is perfect and Moody . We went on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm and sat outside on the patio .The staff is remarkable.
I had the Tomato Bisque Soup which was delicious and creamy and the side salad ,I recommend the house dressing for your salad because it was so tasty . My mother had the tuna salad and she loved it .My Grandson had the lettuce wraps which were delicious. My Sister in law had a burger she said it was good . My husband had the delicious meatball with rigotoni which was so big he couldn't finish .
The drinks were good .
We had wine , old fashioned, Mezcal Margaritas and a dirty Martini .Everyone enjoyed the drinks , oh and a Chocolate Martini .We had different desserts.
The Chocolate cake was delicious .The Pumkin cheesecake was amazing, the Chocolate ( pudding ) was so delicious , just make sure and share it with someone because it is rich !!
The price for everything was so reasonable . We felt like this place was very high end without the high end price .“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“We hosted our rehearsal dinner at City Works Eatery and Pour House. Honestly nothing but great things from the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the staff. Colleen was so helpful throughout the planning process and she even came by on event day! They were flexible with us with possible rain on event day, but it all worked out perfect with the heaters on the patio. It was such a great evening thanks to the amazing team they have at City Works Clearfork! They made us feel like it was a small family dinner with hot meals and endless drinks while serving 100 of our guests. The team was professional, personable, and kind. I couldn't recommend more. We had a blast.“

“Amazing dinner with the gals!! The food was flavorful and delicious. I had the bacon cheeseburger and by far one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Everyone at the table raved about their food. “I love flower child to the point in which I genuinely want them to cater my funeral, but like why do I have to pay $2 extra for more chips whenever I get queso? The serving size of chips for the queso is equivalent to a small handful (or 1/4 of a small brown bag) while the queso is enough for 2-4 people so you’re forced to pay more money for what you should’ve gotten in the first place. I kid you not, when I combined two of my small bags of chips together (after paying $2 extra for an extra bag) it only made a little less than half a bag of chips. Did Jesus personally make these chips and then hand delivered them to you guys on a chariot? No. Then why am I not getting enough chips for my queso? :(“

“The food was really great, I had the classic because I was just in the mood for a burger. Also got the fried Oreos , there were so delicious.

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

“I’m upset at myself for waiting so long to come here. Of course I’ve heard about it and it was on my list for so long and finally gave it a chance. It wasn’t too busy so that may have played a part in it but still, the food was AMAZING! They have very interesting options for all preferences. I had the brisket Benedicts and were really really good. My friend had the chicken and waffles and the chicken was extra crispy and was great too. Our waiter took his time and was very patient and helpful so that was very much appreciated. I cannot wait to come back and try other dishes in their menu. I totally recommend it and now I understand why they’re always busy.“

“We had a great time at the Little Red Wasp. The staff was very friendly and welcomed our dog Pablo with a smile. We sat on the patio and enjoyed an appetizer and dinner as well as a few drinks. “I took myself here for my birthday dinner last year! I still remember how lovely of a time I had — I was away from home and wanted to have a nice dinner but it was very important to me to find a place that wouldn’t make me feel odd for celebrating alone!

First, the food was delicious, of course. It was expensive, of course, but definitely very appropriately priced for the quality of the food and experience! As a college student, I wanted to find a place where if it was expensive, I knew it was not overpriced, and it definitely was not! The steak and other foods I ate were delicious! The wine selection was also great and their sommelier was excellent and well versed on the menu.

Second, the service was lovely and I felt very well taken care of on my birthday. I never was made to feel awkward, out of place, or unimportant. In fact, they made me feel very welcome and treated me with compassion and kindness — even excitement — for my choice to spend my evening there! They were so kind and friendly. I loved the employees I talked to.

And finally, the atmosphere was beautiful and very appropriate. It was not anything overly themed or special, but it felt very nice and refined, and tailored to the quality of the restaurant and food.

Overall, I really loved my visit. I thank them greatly for the compassion and lovely experience for my birthday!“
