“FANTASTIC Staff & Manager! Friday night I took my daughter there for her 24th Birthday. The Manager was so friendly and took care of us! Gave us a wonderful table by the window. Only comment and it’s nothing bad the restaurant is beautiful and the only thing I think would make this place even better is changing the tile on the ground and having a nice design and that would make it literally perfect.“

“I've come here both with my children and on date night without. It's a very pleasant and chill place with a lot of good food, very fresh sushi, and the sake is good too! Quiet and pleasant, and the waitstaff are super easy to talk to. Can't go wrong if you're unsure where to go for dinner.“

“The short: Fresh Sushi, Busy Vibe, Needs Better Service

The long: Tried Sushi Tao for the first time after seeing it on a gluten-free app. I can’t believe it’s been open 17 years and I never knew about it! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and my boyfriend loved the Cowboy Roll. The place was packed, so clearly a local favorite.

Service was the only downside. We had to ask multiple times for basics like chopsticks and soy sauce, and three different people tried to take our order. Staff seemed stretched thin. Also, while they do have gluten-free soy sauce, the servers weren’t very knowledgeable about GF options.

We’ll definitely be back for the sushi but hopefully they get more help soon!“

“Our waitress Julia made our evening incredible! We ordered oysters that had serano peppers on it. Menu does not explain that oysters comes with very spicy sauce directly on them. Anyway, Julia was very understanding and replaceable oysters with sauce on the size.“
