“I had the best experience here, my first time. Had a fabulous cocktail made by my server, rock shrimp was amazing, crab cake salad was another amazing dish, chock full of lump crab. My server was fabulous and the manager was also very attentive and looked after me as I was dining alone. I definitely plan on visiting again! Delicious!“

“No matter if you visit the Fort Worth or Frisco location, we always leave full and happy. Hatsuyuki ruined a lot of sushi places for us. We've dined at other high end sushi restaurants and nothing can compare to Hatsuyuki.“

“Everything we’ve tried here is delicious and the staff are very attentive! Putting it in our weekly rotation 😋 my favorites are the Watauga Roll, Volcano Roll, Crab Dynamite and the Kenny Roll. I also really like the mushroom chicken entree!“

“Oh my gosh, this place was absolutely amazing. I’m not from this area and have been looking for a new go to sushi place, and this is it. Our waitress was a star, she was on top of everything. Even after we had boxes and were paying the bill, she refilled my drink! Which never happens. We had a chicken katsu, mountain roll, Hawaiian roll, and a Dallas Stars roll and my god they were incredible. The presentation, the amount, THE TASTE. We also had enough left overs for another whole meal. ALL FOR UNDER $100! I will be back time and time again, could not recommend this place more.“

“Chau or Chaw our server great service and very professional and courteous, amazing quality of food and great portions and didn’t break the bank, an amazing atmosphere and great place for a date, me and my partner loved it and will be back again. Only comment and it’s nothing bad the restaurant is beautiful and the only thing I think would make this place even better is changing the tile on the ground and having a nice design and that would make it literally perfect.“

“My girlfriend and I come here all the time and it never disappoints. The food is consistently amazing and we usually end up ordering the same dishes every visit because they are that good. Everything is always fresh and full of flavor. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming which makes the experience even better. It has become one of our favorite spots to come back to together and it is always worth the visit. Highly recommend if you are looking for great sushi and ramen with a great atmosphere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NEVER TAKE THE SPRING ROLLS OFF THE MENU PLEASE“

“FANTASTIC Staff & Manager! Friday night I took my daughter there for her 24th Birthday. The Manager was so friendly and took care of us! Gave us a wonderful table by the window. He was so attentive to the whole restaurant and was running the very busy place with such professionalism. Highly recommend Blue Sushi for their amazing sushi, but the service was stellar!“

“Today after Meow Wolf and heading back to Oklahoma we found this gem for a late lunch. 💯 reccomend! We had Oysters Rockefeller, Nikko Tuna Tower, and Terriaki Salmon, then pressed coffee, every bit of our experience was spot on and everything was delicious!!“

But if you're trying to find a restaurant it can be a little difficult to find it's actually in the multi-story building at the very bottom of that five or six story building.“

“My wife drives by this every day driving to work and never really noticed it. Thanks to Yelp. We had a craving for sushi and decided to give it a shot. This is really a hidden gem that will become one of our favorites.
The inside is simple, but the service here is a picture perfect mom and pop that provides some of the best service. They were very friendly and helpful.
I loved the egg drop soup and my wife really enjoyed her edamame. The fried rice was amazing as well. All the sushi rolls are fresh and so delicious. We had so much food. Do we have to take it home and ate on it the next day, and it was almost as good.
We will definitely be back here again for our sushi cravings.“

“Our server Casey was exceptional! We had 19 & a baby. Everyone's order was exact! She's phenomenal! The food... So incredible! Everyone at this place is amazing from our waitress to the chef. I sure hope these people stay in business. They made Mother's Day and 2 birthdays wonderful!! Hats off to them!!!♥️“
