“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.“

“This establishment Now Closed, August 2024. My experience around the world, general knowledge terms across the board. It was Italian owned, with Italian Staff, clearly! Atmosphere was good not excellent! As intended by looking at it, being there. Set up didn't Hit the Mark. Waitress had to move us to another table because it was dirty not clean and then the table that we moved to was not clean. The second table as well had to be cleaned as stated and then it was left wet or damp should I say either way it should have not been that way. Now for a breakfast and/or strictly brunch establishment, back to the Italian thing, honestly one not knowing any better and I'm laughing at this but it's true, would say that it is "upscale". I'm going to tell you right now it is everything but "upscale". I would not dare think to try and categorize it as such! Lived in Germany for years been to Italy dozens of times. Way overpriced ridiculously I've had the same amount of food for half the price and it tasted a thousand times better for breakfast. Embarrassing to say for any Italian or about. Yes the waitress was Italian they were full-blown from across the pond, straight outta Italy. Glassware, coffee cups were even imported. This is North Texas We want breakfast not Italian let's try and feel miserably and turn it into cuisine breakfast in North Texas. It was not horrible, already been addressed here. This IS NOT an exaturation.“

Was late so staff was winding down but they were not on their A game and we were left on an island for awhile. Must have been busy as well as the floor was noticeably covered in debris and tables were sticky. Food was okay. Nothing amazing but none of it was bad. Just a little bland. Regardless, for the price it was solid. You can always add salt.“

“Perfect "Ice House". Great food and prices. Cold schooners of beer and awesome margaritas. Lots of TVs and a few games for the kids after they get tired of playing catch or tag out back. Just a great local hangout for everyone.“

“Chapps Burgers had been on my radar for a while 'cause a few friends kept raving about it—so finally took the fam and gave it a shot. Gotta say, it did not disappoint. We all went with burgers even though I was seriously eyeing their cheese steak sandwich (next time for sure). The burgers were super juicy, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality beef.

The toppings were fresh, buns were soft but held up, and the portions? Pretty generous. My kids were quiet the whole time, just busy eating—which honestly says a lot 😂. Service was friendly too, and the place had this chill, laid-back vibe that made it feel comfy and casual.

Only thing I’m kinda kicking myself about is not trying that cheese steak sandwich. I'm a bit of a cheesesteak snob, so next visit, that's gonna be the move. If it's anything like the burger, I’ve got high hopes.

“The food was good. The shining star was Mariah S. The woman is hands down the most fantastic bartender I have ever seen, known or heard of. It was like watching a dancer. Every move she made behind the bar had a purpose. She was welcoming and genuinely friendly, not just the shlock that bartenders are prone to put on while they're fishing for tips. Even if the food had been total crap, which it wasn't, the evening would have been 5 star, just to see someone who is incredible at her job, work.“

This Meal was exceptionally cooked to perfection and server Matt was on his “A” game and made this dining experience even more memorable. I watched Matthew work his other quests tables and he gave 5 Star service to all, what an asset to the Cotton Patch Cafe and whoever trained him.

“Best pizzas in town!! They actually show them to you before you take them when they are to go! The Big O is their supreme, and comes with 11 toppings, but you can customize it - I only get five toppings. Friendliest staff!! They remember their regulars and call you by name. My son loves playing the arcade games while we wait on the pizza! You could order ahead, but I don't so he can play. They have several of the greats - dig dug, lady pacman, donkey kong, several more. This is the Rufe Snow location. I can't speak about the other ones. Edit: had a family reunion and told family we needed to get Bosses pizza, so they did and they loved it!“

“Me and my husband ate there for our first time and we absolutely loved the place. The food was delicious and you can tell it was definitely homemade from Scratch. Hollywood the owner was fabulous!! He goes around and makes everyone feel welcomed and happy!!! My husband loved the karaoke they gave on Sundays nights. We will definitely be back!!! Bringing every one of our friends with us!!! The bartender she is absolutely fantastic!!! Very friendly and she made the homemade soup. It was perfect and hit the spot!! They get you seated very quickly (wait times are never egregious), the staff is always very kind and attentive. They go above and beyond. I decided to customize my order yesterday when I went and the waitress got everything correct. She added cheese to my eggs and she even allowed me to substitute the meat for a muffin even though the menu said that you couldn't do that. The food is wonderful and if the menu is to be believed, ethically sourced. Their juices are excellently prepared. All of them. They've got a new tropical one that is orange and it was really good. But honestly it's hard for me to just pick one to drink when I go because they are all terrific. Anyways, go here, give them your money, it's worth it. First Watch is an establishment that I hope is around for many, many years to come.“
