“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.“

“This establishment Now Closed, August 2024. My experience around the world, general knowledge terms across the board. It was Italian owned, with Italian Staff, clearly! Atmosphere was good not excellent! As intended by looking at it, being there. Set up didn't Hit the Mark. Waitress had to move us to another table because it was dirty not clean and then the table that we moved to was not clean. The second table as well had to be cleaned as stated and then it was left wet or damp should I say either way it should have not been that way. Now for a breakfast and/or strictly brunch establishment, back to the Italian thing, honestly one not knowing any better and I'm laughing at this but it's true, would say that it is "upscale". I'm going to tell you right now it is everything but "upscale". I would not dare think to try and categorize it as such! Lived in Germany for years been to Italy dozens of times. Way overpriced ridiculously I've had the same amount of food for half the price and it tasted a thousand times better for breakfast. Embarrassing to say for any Italian or about. Yes the waitress was Italian they were full-blown from across the pond, straight outta Italy. Glassware, coffee cups were even imported. This is North Texas We want breakfast not Italian let's try and feel miserably and turn it into cuisine breakfast in North Texas. It was not horrible, already been addressed here. This IS NOT an exaturation.“

“Good enough for a bite and will return. Prices are affordable especially at the bar. Getting cocktails here and not breaking the bank is reason enough to come here and often. Was late so staff was winding down but they were not on their A game and we were left on an island for awhile. Must have been busy as well as the floor was noticeably covered in debris and tables were sticky. Food was okay. Nothing amazing but none of it was bad. Just a little bland. Regardless, for the price it was solid. You can always add salt.“

“Perfect "Ice House". Great food and prices. Cold schooners of beer and awesome margaritas. Lots of TVs and a few games for the kids after they get tired of playing catch or tag out back. Just a great local hangout for everyone.“

“Chapps Burgers had been on my radar for a while 'cause a few friends kept raving about it—so finally took the fam and gave it a shot. Gotta say, it did not disappoint. We all went with burgers even though I was seriously eyeing their cheese steak sandwich (next time for sure). The burgers were super juicy, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality beef.

The toppings were fresh, buns were soft but held up, and the portions? Pretty generous. My kids were quiet the whole time, just busy eating—which honestly says a lot 😂. Service was friendly too, and the place had this chill, laid-back vibe that made it feel comfy and casual.

Only thing I’m kinda kicking myself about is not trying that cheese steak sandwich. I'm a bit of a cheesesteak snob, so next visit, that's gonna be the move. If it's anything like the burger, I’ve got high hopes.

“The food was good. The shining star was Mariah S. The woman is hands down the most fantastic bartender I have ever seen, known or heard of. It was like watching a dancer. Every move she made behind the bar had a purpose. She was welcoming and genuinely friendly, not just the shlock that bartenders are prone to put on while they're fishing for tips. Even if the food had been total crap, which it wasn't, the evening would have been 5 star, just to see someone who is incredible at her job, work.“

“We tried Dove Creek Cafe a few weeks ago, and it is home cooking. They have a scheduled special for each day of the week posted. I could eat there every day. We've been back twice in the past two weeks. The chicken salad is so fresh, and the fish is excellent. Construction kept us away for a while, but I'm happy I found this wonderful place.“

She's quite shy but we still wanted to have the goofy birthday experience that we had growing up (coming to Joe's Crab shack for birthday celebrations has become a tradition in our family). Well, they sure did it! Our server, Jose, was amazing, friendly, checked on us often, made sure we had what we needed, and answered all our questions with a smile. He made us feel super welcome and well taken care of. I wish we could have tipped him more. Then a whole bunch of crew members came out to do the birthday celebration with our kid, who was thoroughly entertained & embarrassed, as we had wanted, haha. And the food was stellar, which has always been the case in the past when we came here so I expected nothing less. Overall this was a fantastic pending to an important birthday and left our whole family feeling wonderful. 10/10, highly recommend, and thank you so much to Jose and the amazing crew of this Joe's Crab Shack! Sidenote: Every time we go here we always get the Great Balls of Fire, the painted crab dessert and the "Shark Nibble" drink, all of which are 100% worth getting every time. The dessert and the drink are a huge crowd pleaser with the kids. They're super cute and fun, very affordably priced, and something we personally haven't seen at any other restaurant.“

“Best pizzas in town!! They actually show them to you before you take them when they are to go! The Big O is their supreme, and comes with 11 toppings, but you can customize it - I only get five toppings. Friendliest staff!! They remember their regulars and call you by name. My son loves playing the arcade games while we wait on the pizza! You could order ahead, but I don't so he can play. They have several of the greats - dig dug, lady pacman, donkey kong, several more. This is the Rufe Snow location. I can't speak about the other ones. Edit: had a family reunion and told family we needed to get Bosses pizza, so they did and they loved it!“

I decided to customize my order yesterday when I went and the waitress got everything correct. She added cheese to my eggs and she even allowed me to substitute the meat for a muffin even though the menu said that you couldn't do that. The food is wonderful and if the menu is to be believed, ethically sourced. Their juices are excellently prepared. All of them. They've got a new tropical one that is orange and it was really good. But honestly it's hard for me to just pick one to drink when I go because they are all terrific. Anyways, go here, give them your money, it's worth it.
