“Stopped by with a family member, after taking our kids to Gammil Park and we were super impressed! It’s normally a little out of the way from where we live, but we both agreed that we’d make it a point to stop in (at least) once a month. Between us, we ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, 2 pizza slices, 1 calzone, and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were big and each dish was so delicious! Definitely excited to go back and bring friends.“

“Driving home, we noticed a new place we had never seen before and we couldn’t resist a stop. It’s brand new and very clean with nice TV’s, a beer/wine bar, and most importantly, an extensive menu. There was so much to look at, we asked for recommendations. We landed on a meat lover’s pizza, which is always a good place to start, and chicken piccata, which was a favorite of the server. It’s one of my favorites, so also a good test. Pizza and a pasta entree combo was a great way to try multiple sides of the menu.
Both turned out to be very good. In fact, the piccata was absolutely wonderful and we both loved it. I hope these guys do well and recommend you try it.
Prices are also very reasonable.

We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

“My wife and I both had dinner here Saturday. This was the second time we had been there. We both very much enjoyed our meals there. My wife and the chicken cacciatore and I had the pasta trio. The chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly. My pasta was al dente with great tasty marinara sauce and masorella cheese. “My wife and I decided to try this place out! They make their own bread in house, the Philly cheesesteak is full of flavor and the ingredients with the bread compliment each other very well! One of the best I’ve had! Highly recommend! Side note: to the people who have scored this establishment very low...shame for not using common sense! The place is new the previous establishment Which was a pizza place moved out Phillys took over and if you get lost it’s your own fault if you don’t look at the street number which is clearly on the door!“

“I took my best friend to the doctor and then we ate at Olive Garden. Olive garden is a treat for me I don't go very often. Our waiters name was Kyle, he was very attentive and personable, he anticipated our needs before we knew what we needed. I ate the Chicken Alfredo with broccoli, cooked to perfection. I had enough that I didn't even have to eat the next day.“

“We tried this place for the 1st time tonight in Addison, TX. We received phenomenal service from our server Cassie. She had expert menu knowledge and assisted us on choosing our dishes. The other staff that delivered the entrees also provided great customer service by providing information about the entree as they were delivering it. Everyone was helpful, polite, and super friendly. “The decor was very cute here, especially for being a little restaurant in a shopping mall area. The menu had a good list of different pizzas and wings, and they were able to do a half and half pizza for us. The pizza was pretty good, and the wings were very saucy, which was amazing and how wings should be in my opinion. While the food was good, this isn’t somewhere I would come out of my way to visit. That being said, staff is friendly, food is good, and the place seemed overall very clean.“

“My family and I ate here for a special graduation event and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Family friendly, great food, and soooo personable! They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. So I came in with high hopes for this restaurant and when I first arrived it seemed like your typical whole in a wall restaurant which I love. As we walked in the staff barely greeted us like we were disturbing their evening. The waitress brought us to the table but was very cold instead of warm and welcoming like you expect from an Italian family type restaurant. Of course you gotta get a salad so I did but I asked for croutons and 20 min later I had to go to the kitchen myself and get them. Then our food comes out I got the saltiest not just lasagna but the salty saltiest food I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t even eat it and I was starving but the major fumble was then I had to ask for bread that’s supposed to come with the meal that would never happen at Olive Garden I mean this place can’t even give you the bare minimum on customer service. Now the next part is the kicker now keep in mind I still paid for my meal obviously everyone from ownership to management to staff does not care and doesnt carry that true Italian passion you get from other Italian restaurants. And as we left the staff said thanks for the 1 star review my reply “you welcome and you get what you deserve” then an argument insued… Do Not Do Not waste your money or time here they already got my donation hope it helps them make improvements because based on all these reviews the people of Saginaw deserve better than this much better than this. Don’t Support this Place until they are willing to listen to the people and make changes…“

“This was our first time here Friday night and my husband and I will definitely be returning. Great quality food especially their specialty pizzas. Hot honey pizza pie is amazing! Also ordered a supreme, which is nothing extraordinary, but it all seemed fresh and great quality ingredients. There dough and sauce. Chefs kiss. 😚 It’s nice to see people having fun at work and still getting their job done. Great atmosphere maybe not necessarily the most romantic but a good spot to grab a bite to eat, a beer and chat with friends. Very home town vibes. I believe our server’s name was Dylan, younger gentlemen, moving and groovin and getting the job done. He did a great job.“

“I absolutely LOVE Jet’s Pizza, and because I travel across multiple states, I’m always excited when I find a location! This location is truly amazing.

They know my order when I call, and they’re always generous about offering a coupon. Today, when I tapped my card, the gentleman told me, “Enjoy!” I realized I hadn’t had the opportunity to leave a tip and brought it to his attention. He simply told me to “tip with your heart.”

She was so sorry and was going to make mine and drive it to me as soon as she could. Wow, I was blown away to be honest, but that is outstanding customer service! “Great pizza! The crust is amazing! Portions here are very generous. We love the Antipasto Salad - which is a meal all in itself! We also love the meat lovers pizza. Not on the menu online but it exists and it rocks! Very cool atmosphere. They have a small bar with several TVs so you can catch your game. They usually have some music playing which I like while I have a cold draft beer and enjoy the food with my wife and elementary aged kids. When my wife sends me to pickup a pizza I order when I get there, sit at the bar, enjoy a cold one or two, then get my pie and head home. We are lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!“

“Great food and atmosphere is a given at Olive Garden! And of course, the breadsticks are amazing!

The customer service and management at this location is the best I’ve ever seen. As part of our fantasy football league my brother had to go there to pick up some food and deliver it to one of our members. But he had to do so in a full ballerina outfit.

The manager was more than happy to help and make sure to get the entire team and other staff to come out and see Mitch in his pink tutu.

We will definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks to the manager and staff for making Mitch’s pick up so memorable, including getting some of the people to take pictures and watch him perform a little song and dance.

We hear that Olive Garden is going to put a couple of pictures on social media and have invited him back when he has to make his next delivery. We so hope this is true 🙏“
