I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“Great food and even better staff. Cava is the reason I don’t go to their neighbor, Chipotle anymore. Food here is always on point no matter what I’m in the mood for. However, it’s always a game time decision. I usually stare at the menu like I’m brand new and don’t know what is on it. “I’ll have a steak harrisa bowl with double meat/spicy lamb meatballs please.” That’s another thing about Cava…a very healthy option and macro friendly. Can’t say that about Chipotle. The drink options are healthy too. Get a large Cucumber Mint…you’ll thank me later. Whoever is making my bowl for the day, I know it will be consistent because it has been the same smiling faces on the other side of the glass probably since this location opened. Love seeing that…young workers staying at a job. Must be treated right or they love the food as much as I do. The hall itself was warm and lively, filled with aromas so magnificent that even the greatest feasts of ancient kings would pale in comparison.

Our most honorable steward for the evening, the noble Sir Cy, conducted himself with grace, wisdom, and hospitality befitting a knight of the highest order. Never once did our goblets run dry, nor were we left waiting in hunger. Sir Cy possessed deep knowledge of the sacred menu scrolls and guided us through the offerings with confidence and courtesy. Ice cream for everyone — because balance is important. Something for everyone — picky eaters, healthy eaters, and “I’ll just have ice cream” eaters.

“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. “I took my best friend to the doctor and then we ate at Olive Garden. Olive garden is a treat for me I don't go very often. Our waiters name was Kyle, he was very attentive and personable, he anticipated our needs before we knew what we needed. I ate the Chicken Alfredo with broccoli, cooked to perfection. I had enough that I didn't even have to eat the next day.“

“We love everything about Jason's Deli. The NRH location is the newest for us to visit and close to home. We visited there on Sunday and the food was great as usual however, they have got to be courteous to their customers and not leave the overflowing stinky cleaning carts sitting in the sun near the tables. The smell at the back of the restaurant was awful so we had to move. There were a couple of mix ups with the order but they're new and learning so we get that and the staff were all friendly. Please make a spot away from the tables for the cleaning carts. We will return after they're more established.“

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

“One of the best customer service I've received! I ordered using the app and had to call to delay my pizza because I would arrive late. They did so easily and when I came in the pizza was perfectly timed and came out exactly as I asked (with extra sauce). The place is modern and very clean and upscale. I love the taste of Mountain Mikes Pizza & it was one of the best of their pizzas I've had in a long time. The team member that helped me out was Adora and was very friendly and with a great attitude.“

The manager with the blue hair was incredibly friendly and took the time to help me choose a sandwich to try. Their recommendation was excellent, and the sandwich was fresh, delicious, and exceeded my expectations.

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return.
