I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“Went to Smokin' Oak Bar and Grill recently for a birthday party We sat on the patio and even though others were seated at tables around us, it seemed so peaceful. It overlooks a heavily wooded area of the Champions Circle Golf Course. We had excellent service. Our servers name was Autumn and it was obvious that she had been there a while. She knew the menu very well even though we had lots of picky eaters with us with questions. With the patio almost full, she still gave us the right amount of attention. She gave us some recommendations and I got the Brisket Baked Potato and my husband got the Champions Burger. They were both just as she described and we will be back for more. One recommendation that I have would be for the patio area to have some live music when the weather permits. It just seems a good fit for the calming atmosphere.“

“We came across Coco Shrimp while visiting Keller and were looking for something different that was quick and casual. We decided to give it a try, and all I can say is these may be the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life. I love tacos and have tried them from all kinds of places, but these were on another level. The shrimp were perfectly crisp, the toppings worked beautifully together, and the addition of rice and shredded lettuce made each taco feel like a complete meal. Every bite was flavorful, balanced, and incredibly well prepared. We also tried the sampler plate, which was very good and gave us a chance to try several shrimp options. I appreciated that the menu is simple and focused. There aren’t so many choices that it becomes overwhelming—they clearly know what they do well and stick to it. We also happened to visit on Taco Tuesday, which made the experience even better. This was such a great find, and I sincerely hope they eventually open a Houston location because I think they would do extremely well here. Until then, I would absolutely make the drive back to Keller for these tacos.“

“We tried this place for the 1st time tonight in Addison, TX. We received phenomenal service from our server Cassie. She had expert menu knowledge and assisted us on choosing our dishes. The other staff that delivered the entrees also provided great customer service by providing information about the entree as they were delivering it. Everyone was helpful, polite, and super friendly. “Great food and even better staff. Cava is the reason I don’t go to their neighbor, Chipotle anymore. Food here is always on point no matter what I’m in the mood for. However, it’s always a game time decision. I usually stare at the menu like I’m brand new and don’t know what is on it. “I’ll have a steak harrisa bowl with double meat/spicy lamb meatballs please.” That’s another thing about Cava…a very healthy option and macro friendly. Can’t say that about Chipotle. The drink options are healthy too. Get a large Cucumber Mint…you’ll thank me later. Whoever is making my bowl for the day, I know it will be consistent because it has been the same smiling faces on the other side of the glass probably since this location opened. Love seeing that…young workers staying at a job. Must be treated right or they love the food as much as I do. If you’re looking for a great meal that will exceed expectations and prepared with pride…Cava in Saginaw is the go to. Try the new salmon…you won’t regret it.“

“We love everything about Jason's Deli. The NRH location is the newest for us to visit and close to home. We visited there on Sunday and the food was great as usual however, they have got to be courteous to their customers and not leave the overflowing stinky cleaning carts sitting in the sun near the tables. The smell at the back of the restaurant was awful so we had to move. There were a couple of mix ups with the order but they're new and learning so we get that and the staff were all friendly. Please make a spot away from the tables for the cleaning carts. We will return after they're more established.“

Pie Five is a great place to get pizza! I like that you can choose your own crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings to make your pizza exactly how you want it. The pizza is cooked quickly and comes out hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. The ingredients taste fresh, and there are lots of options for everyone. “This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

“I just finished my shift and wanted food and saw they were open. Actually ended up being pretty good for semi cheap, was like 14$ for half a sandwich, two sides, and a drink plus tip. Free ice cream was also a plus there. Didn't take long to get my food, but I also went in like 30 minutes before they closed 😅.

As someone with a couple food allergies and intolerances, they actually had a surprising amount of stuff I could pick from including some gluten free stuff which was nice, would eat here again.“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. “I don’t eat out often. As a customer service professional with 35+ years of experience I find it challenging to truly enjoy my dining experience. Today, I was blown away by Mo’s exceptional customer service and attention to detail as our server. We were a party of 3 and I was meeting my Mentees mother for the first time. I was so at ease and relaxed as I was able to fully be myself and not worry about the service experience. Mo brought dessert first as we requested ( if you have not had the Chocolate Lasagna, you are missing out 😉) and we devoured it along with the initial basket of bread sticks (stop judging I know it’s a weird flavor combination). Nothing could have prepared me or my lunch party for the manager who brought out a second piece of Chocolate Lasagna and thanked us for dining at Olive Garden. To Mo (Bro, I love your hair) and the outstanding management team, THANK YOU for making lunch today a truly unforgettable experience. I will be back!
P.S. - I actually never got a bit of the second piece cake, my friend and her mother polished it off! 😂“

During a recent visit to the drive-thru, I had the good fortune of being assisted by a young lady named Hannah. Her attitude truly stood out—even above the exceptional standard I normally expect from Chick-fil-A.

Despite working outside in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees, Hannah remained incredibly positive, friendly, and upbeat. Even when my app wasn’t working properly, she was patient and helpful throughout the process.
