“First time! It was delightful, the atmosphere is inviting and a wonderful respite from the heat after shopping! The food, where do I start! I started out with the Tzatziki with Pita bread, then the succulent shrimp scampi, I would definitely recommend this duo it was heaven to my palate! To finish off I had to try dessert, I had the Apple empanada & dulce de leche ice cream, it was luxurious and delectable, I savored every bite! And that was thanks to Mousafa’s description, he’s an excellent waiter, he knew the menu well, very impressive! Very attentive, friendly demeanor, with a wonderful attitude! I’ll be back! It’s now #1 on my list! You will not be disappointed! This from a very satisfied customer.“

“If you’re looking for incredible sushi, Basil Cafe is a must-visit. The sushi here is absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully prepared, and consistently high quality every time we go.
The service always goes above and beyond. On our very first visit, our waitress took the time to walk us through the menu and point out some fan favorites, which made it so much easier to decide what to order. That level of attentiveness really set the tone for a great experience, and the staff has been just as welcoming on every visit since.
The ambience is top notch—relaxing, comfortable, and perfect for a casual dinner or a nice night out. The restaurant is also exceptionally clean, which is exactly what you want when dining somewhere that serves food.
Between the fresh ingredients, great presentation, generous portions, and outstanding service, Basil Cafe has quickly become one of our favorite sushi spots. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving great sushi and a wonderful dining experience. 🍣“

“Promised to come back for another meal since the first visit ended in being disappointed due to limpy fries and a dry burger. So 2nd visit was guarded. Ordering here is a pain. Everyone wants something different so it slows the ordering process to a snail crawl. Ordered a Monster Burger. Dry. Fries are not crisp at all, they are as limp as before. What's with limp fries? Meat is tasteless. The need to go to Culver's to compare what a burger should taste like. My wife had a Hotdogs. It was very good but again limp fries. On a scale of 5 and 5 bring superb..we would rate our meal as a 2 and it's our last visit. I will stick with Culver's and Boots Burgers for burgers.“

“Great little place for pho! Delicious broth and the large is ENORMOUS! I had there special with all the meats. Everything was fresh, and delicious. The spring rolls were excellent as well. I finished my meal with a Taro milk tea with bobba. So good! Taro is an underrated flavor.“

“When I say these are real, authentic, handmade bagels, I am not kidding. They are hands down the best bagels I’ve ever had, and trust me—I’ve tried a lot of places, especially around Dallas (not naming any names 😉). They’re fresh, flavorful, and exactly what a true bagel should be. The cream cheese is fresh and delicious, and now that they’re making sandwiches too, it just keeps getting better. They also recently had a beautiful mural painted inside by a local artist, and it’s absolutely a must-see when you visit. If you’ve never had a real, fresh bagel before, you need to try the Bagel Lady. And even if you have—you still need to go. The owner is just as sweet as she can be and incredibly supportive of the community. We are lucky to have the Bagel Lady in Rockwall“

“it's a small diner but was very comfortable. our waitress was very helpful and nice, attentive without being a bother breakfast was delicious. my husband had a veggie omelette packed full of yummy things. I had a fried pork chop and eggs. we enjoyed every bite it was well worth it. we found this just by looking online. glad we went there. if we ever come back this way we would go again.“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “Received a gift card for the holidays, so I decided to treat my lady and myself to a nice dinner. We were sat immediately and served by the most friendly and kind server I’ve seen in a long time. She had a great attitude and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that she had just finished her training and this was her first solo shift. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. If you haven’t tried the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo it is amazing. Great experience and will be back!“

When I picked up my food, the dining room was clean and the people working there were quick and friendly. “Possibly the best sushi I've ever had. It is expensive, but actually feels worth it. Sake Bomb has great sushi for the price, this costs more but is a step above. I've had other sushi places in Rockwall and Greenville that were more expensive, but certainly did not feel worth the price, and so I usually defaulted to Sake Bomb. If theirs is a 9/10, Edo's is an 11/10.
Pics included, the Lemon Salmon gotta be one of the best things I have ever eaten. Japanese Lasagna was as creamy as I expected, downright comfort food. Sakura roll is classic delicious sushi, and the riceless salmon lover roll was extremely meaty and juicy. The salmon truffle was also crazy good. But at $19 it's a one time or special event kind of item. This was a birthday meal and was so worth it!“

“Good food, great prices! I can go here when money is low and get a good meal feeling satisfied. I usually don't finish the whole salad or wrap. Their drinks are delicious as well. I tried their breakfast wraps for the 1st time! The Mediterranean is my favorite with the spinach and cheese. The bacon egg & cheese is also great. I wish they offered them not only at breakfast time. I also had the Harvest wrap, which was delicious with the sweet potato, corn, etc. All meat can be substituted for tofu. Overall great fast food that is healthy 😊“

“Love this place, best burritos around! A lot of to go orders. We love the dine in experience here better though for more fresh food taste--if you like it to go, it is even better in person right then.
Often a little chilly inside during the winter, be prepared for that. Sometimes temperatures can fluctuate during hot summer too. Not a huge issue though either way and has never stopped us.“
