Marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks now cost 20 cents extra. There is no indication on the menu board that the marinara sauce is not included and that it is extra. But when I order the pretzel twist and say "no cheese sauce" there is no discount. I tried to say no marinara sauce, then, but the guy was already gone. The app doesn't work. If I can't get offers or rewards, why should I go here anymore? Nearly every other restaurant, fast food or otherwise, now has a loyalty...read full review

Sonic you disappointed me!!! I asked for 2 marinara sauces and mustard. I got neither. I discovered that after going into the bag. Luckily I wasn't far so I returned only to be handed 1 marinara for a med order on Mozz sticks. Customer service is dying a quick and horrible death. Sonic do better or these birds are going to keep singing!!!!!

Cassie/Cassandra took such great care of us. She came out to the car to take our order, as we were hard to hear. We have had a complicated order. And she got it all correct and made sure we knew which drinks were whitch and brought it to us with a smile!
