Second time in a row in past weeks that ordered food at the drive up and the order was wrong, first time wrong food, this time when i got home. Correct sandwiches just not what I asked to be on them. Both times tried calling the number on the receipt and from the web site for this location multiple times with NO answer either time. Accidently called the Lake Dallas store on my third attempt and they picked right up??? FRUSTRATING!
I had a server named Kaylin, an absolute dream she was. She did everything to my upmost desire.
Sweet blonde girl named Kaylin brought out my food, lovely girl super sweet. Had a drink wrong and she immediately ran to fix it and was very polite! Give this girl a raise!!

Another customer noted Alejandro was patient in resolving a DoorDash pick-up order issue at 11:50pm. A frequent Sonic-goer called this location’s employees the NICEST ever, kind, helpful, and friendly. A car hop named Madilyn was described as the nicest little blond girl and the best ever. However, one first-time bad experience involved a toddler’s corn dog that looked gross and shouldn’t have been wrapped up like that, though the rest of the order (three hot dogs, a grape slush, fries, a toddler corn dog meal with tater tots and Apple juice, and a sonic cheese burger combo with strawberry shake) came out great. Another customer noted good service but hit-or-miss ordering; four burritos ordered in the app with no jalapeños on three came with jalapeños. The Manager was apologetic, blamed the app, and offered to remake them, but the customer did not want to make another drive.
