While waiting on my food inside, I witnessed an employee bad mouth a customer in the drive thru for not noticing him being out their food. Mind you, it's raining and most have their windows up.When employees publicly bash customers then you really have to look at management and the way the facility is ran.Consistently have issues at this establishment and as much as I love Whataburger chain, this particular location seems to have some serious issues.
I love this place and especially the food it so good. I recommend the whatachicken sandwich meal it is so good every time I go. The only thing I wish was better was their service they are very slow. We order ahead of time so that we will get our food faster and we still find ourselves waiting for 10 minutes after we were supposed to get our food. I totally recommend this place if you are looking to get a nice fast food meal.

I’m not sure how hard it is to do certain things as I’ve never done fast food. But, if you can’t provide onion rings I assume you inform the customer not try to slip in fries and hope they won’t notice. When they ask for a specific number of ketchup, you at least give them one if not the number they asked for.When I think of whataburger my first thought shouldn’t be “ stale overpriced fries” but here we are. And 9 times out of 10 I’m right unfortunately.
