“As soon as we walked into Auntie Anne’s, we were warmly greeted by Jaime G. He was handling a very rude and difficult customer, yet he remained calm, patient, and professional the entire time. Even as the customer became more disrespectful, Jaime never lost his composure and continued providing outstanding customer service.
Despite the situation, Jaime made us feel welcome and took great care of us with a smile. Employees like him deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and positive attitude.
