“First time here and impressed with the coffee!!
I get decaf and sugar free these days so it is nice to find places with good decaf and sugar free that doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth! My husband drink fully leaded coffee and enjoyed his very much as well. We have the egg bites a go (we normally get them from starbies) in comparison they are smaller and dryer but probably fresher. lol.
I would definitely come back for the amazing coffee and vibe here. Comfy lounge chairs and kind people running it!“

I stopped by another boba place on my way down Fry Rd but not much of a selection at that other place . Happy to found Tea Villa open til 11 on Friday and Saturday“

“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

“I went here with my sister and dad it was superrr good, the fries had seasoning and were really crispy and fresh and the mango smoothie was alot creamier than any other boba place I’ve gone to“

“Went to the soft opening of L3 Craft Coffee in Fulshear Texas and what a delight that was! The Vanilla Latte was delicious and they have a bunch of different crafted teas to choose from. It's great to see more locally owned businesses popping up in Fulshear's. We love supporting locals, and we are happy to have you in the community.“

“I frequent this location in the mornings a lot before the outlets open since it’s the closest to Hockley. There’s one particular morning girl barista who works here, and she’s super nice! I love going when she’s there, I need To ask her name. My only complaint is this location is pretty dirty, it’s in need of a serious deep clean.“
