“I had a horrible experience with DoorDash, but it turned into something great because I ended up going into Crumbl Cookies myself. The team there was so sweet, the customer service was amazing, and honestly it felt refreshing to interact with real people instead of dealing with DoorDash’s high prices, theft issues, and lack of refunds.
Inside the store was super cute, and it made me realize how much we’ve all gotten used to the “lazy” way of ordering online. Picking up in person not only feels safer, but it’s actually enjoyable. If you’re going to Crumbl, skip DoorDash and go straight in—you’ll get better service, better vibes, and leave a lot happier. They honestly brightened my day. Thank you team Crumbl“

“Happy customer alert. Matics is an excellent employee. Today, my only cheat day before the competition Thursday and I walk in 30 mins before closing. I ask for waffle cone with sweet cream ice cream strawberries and yellow cake. Well there was no strawberries on the line. He so kindly went to the back to found some and quickly got them ready to serve while smiling and remaining sweet. Thank you so much! “Thier cookies are good but their brownies are BETTER!!! The only slight criticism i have is that sometimes thier cookies are too hot and fall apart when I try eating them, but that's probably my fault because I can't wait till I get home to have a couple. Great job!!“

“The ice cream here is great, but the drive-thru can put customers in a vulnerable spot, so it’s best to avoid it at night if you’re smart. At one point, you’re completely isolated between two buildings, which feels a bit like a fatal funnel for those who know. Staff may or may not acknowledge your order, and this has happened to me more than once, suggesting possible staffing or hiring issues. I mention this because I really like this place and believe they can do better. Still, when I think about getting ice cream, I factor in that there might be some hiccup during the transaction. More often than not, I leave—whether with or without my ice cream—feeling a little annoyed about something that happened. 😒“

In California you get a bigger burrito for the same price, I really thought I was gonna get something even bigger in Texas but ended up being smaller for the same price as California. It's really good though!“
