I ordered the lunch special for $10.81 got the carnitas and couldn't finish it all and gave me a Togo box to bring it home.

The presentation was nice too. They had each ingredient separately on the plate. And came with free crunchy nachos being hot and the cheese and spicy tomato sauce cold so it stays warm in your mouth.

I can't really beat that price point comparing it to a certain taco chain that's open 24 hours a day. So when you guys do have a chance. Check the building out and see if you want to order also make sure you come hungry if you wanna finish that lunch plate.

“Two visits now, only reliable mexican food in Hondo. Glad they decided to open restaurant. Salsa is fresh. Service is swift. Food is well made and delicious. Their shredded chicken is a little on the spicy side, lots of comino and chili flavor, I love it! Tea has always been fresh. Small place, but they hustle and are attentive.“

“The barbacoa is the best I’ve had! I’m from the RGV and it tastes just like it if not better! Definitely recommend if you’re passing through Hondo or staying. I get 1lb and a pack of corn tortillas. Makes about 10 well-stuffed tacos! It’s the best!“
