I ordered the lunch special for $10.81 got the carnitas and couldn't finish it all and gave me a Togo box to bring it home.

The presentation was nice too. They had each ingredient separately on the plate. And came with free crunchy nachos being hot and the cheese and spicy tomato sauce cold so it stays warm in your mouth.

I can't really beat that price point comparing it to a certain taco chain that's open 24 hours a day. So when you guys do have a chance. Check the building out and see if you want to order also make sure you come hungry if you wanna finish that lunch plate.

“The barbacoa is the best I’ve had! I’m from the RGV and it tastes just like it if not better! Definitely recommend if you’re passing through Hondo or staying. I get 1lb and a pack of corn tortillas. Makes about 10 well-stuffed tacos! It’s the best!“

“So I went to Mi Tierra Jalisco and ordered their special of 3 tacos, that all must be the same. Which is no big deal because I love potato and egg tacos. Another plus is that they do have Mexican Coke there, which I thoroughly enjoy with my meals. When my tacos arrived at my table, they all were filled about halfway. Now I understand if you're getting the special sure they might skim save a little money but this was way more than just skimping. I could have cut the taco in half and put it all in one side for all three. So I was greatly disappointed in the amount that was put in the tacos. I left hungry. So if you're looking to get full off three tacos avoid this place. They are very stingy on how full they fill their tacos. The tacos did taste good however but not worth a half a taco.“
