1929 Po-Boy Kitchen Reviews
Ate at 1929 last night, what an experience. Her excitement to serve us & presentation of food was so unexpected. Amazing whole Red fish, the bread that came with it melted in our mouth. She was out of sides & offered fried green tomatoes. Omg the best!
Monica put her whole heart into the food here! Visiting from Washington state and stumbled in by happy accident!
The Oxtail and Grits may have been the best I ever had. Husbands Gumbo was perfect. We even got all the kids to try Gator bites.
Best part was the atmosphere she creates, made it feel like we were having a meal with family.
The food was delicious. So much so I had to return again in the same week. The food, presentation, and service were definitely a triple threat. A must try. You won’t be disappointed.
