“This place usually serves as an after school treat to celebrate something, and it’s never disappointing. There are 31 flavors to choose from, and I ordered a scoop of peanut butter chocolate and a scoop of rocky road. Both flavors were rich and creamy. The prices are reasonable and there are no problems with the service. They also have ice cream cakes ready to buy in the store. When I came, if you got two scoops, the waffle cone came free. Overall a great experience.“

“They had my favorite chocolate almond in the back. They change and rotate flavors at various times of the year and my favorite is not always offered. Their ice cream cake sounds awesome for a birthday. This is the first time a store had it in the back.“

“If you love ice cream, you have to try this Baskin Robbins! The waffle cone is just the right size, and the cookies and cream was delicious. The chocolate chip mint is equally great, packed with rich chocolate chips. I highly recommend this spot for an outstanding ice cream treat!“
“I’m leaving 5 starts:). I haven’t had a bad experience from this location. I mean it’s the only baskin-robbins in this area . Very convenient and most of the time there busy none stop .so of course they may not have what you want but it’s still good ..Great customer service. Yes we all have that moment at work when we just angry. It’s dealing with customer all day.This location deserves more than a 3.5 rating. Should be at least 4.2-4.5 .I love it highly recommend just be nice to workers and they will be nice to you .“

“DIY Sundae Kit - So Much Fun and Flavor!
I ordered the DIY Sundae Kit from Baskin-Robbins, and it was a total hit! The kit came with Old Fashioned Butter Pecan and Strawberry Cheesecake ice creams — both were rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The Butter Pecan was perfectly nostalgic and buttery, while the Strawberry Cheesecake had real chunks of cheesecake and a fruity swirl that made it feel like dessert on top of dessert!
The toppings were a great mix — chopped almonds for a satisfying crunch, rainbow sprinkles for a pop of color and fun, and hot fudge that was thick, chocolatey, and warmed up beautifully. Everything was fresh and well-packaged.
Perfect for sharing or treating yourself. Highly recommend if you want to create your own sundae bar at home!“

“THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. This is a Mother’s Day cake, originally it’s orange and I was so worried they wouldn’t understand the assignment but they slayed!!! “This location has great service lots of flavors to choose from its very clean in here and the restrooms are very clean also. The freezer that has the cakes are well stocked not like other locations. I'm very pleased on how well this store is put together and how great the service is. The employee was very kind respectful and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this location along with the Black Walnut ice cream.“

“I don’t usually go out of my way to make a review. But this place is incredible. They make all the waffle bowls fresh and it shows. They always carry the best flavors (the best of course being Fudge Chocolate) and the staff is phenomenal. Leaps above the other baskin robbins in the area who constantly run out of the best flavor in the world or leave their waffle bowls to collect dust for weeks until they assume the texture of gum. “Stopped by Baskin-Robbins in a while and was surprised this location had more than thirty one flavors! Had creole cream cheese and it was very creamy and good. The staff was very nice, too. The parking was confusing and a nice guy at valet parking directed us where we could park for free.“

“Excellent service and great ice cream. I wish I had asked the Manager's name as she was so helpful and nice to work with. I came in for Beach Day and left with that, world class chocolate and a caramel Frappuccino. Without her recommendation, I wouldn't have tried world class chocolate -- but it was the best - creamy and like mousse - delightful. And I also got first class service. Thank you!“
“The atmosphere is great. They have various flavors you can choose from. I personally tried the large cookies and cream Milkshake. It truly was a large. Maybe 24 oz. Also the shake itself had plenty of cookies, the consistency was perfect for shake. Not too liquidity or solid but just right. The flavor reminded me of Blue bell although it is Baskin's brand. Over all the shake I give a 9.5. Only because I like a touch of chocolate syrup with my cookies and cream shake. I'm definitely coming back again! Highly recommend!“

“Came here for cool treats after a visit to Terry Hershey Park. First visit and thought it would be easy to spot it, but drove by the place on Memorial and missed it (ha ha). Got milkshakes, one with birthday cake flavor and one with chocolate chip cheesecake and pralines-and-cream flavor. Flavor of shakes was good but they were not thick enough; a little disappointing for the first time to try their milkshakes. Have good childhood memories of Baskin-Robbins ice cream and the varieties so maybe just stick with ice cream. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Parking is behind the building.“

“My third time to try this place since they opened and hooray!! Finally got an answer at the speaker and they had my favorite ice cream. They didn’t have a quart made but she said she could pack it for me quickly. I just got scoops. A grownup was working . Such an improvement over when they opened and I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I got a pile of vanilla ice cream which I was told had the chocolate on the bottom. There was none when I got home.“
“We stopped in for an afternoon delight after church. We were immediate greeted with a smile and welcome to baskin robbins. We were asked if we would like to taste test anything. A lady name Victoria assisted us and told us about the sale of ice cream containers, etc. She was most helpful and very nice. Store was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!“
