My overall experience was fantastic, and I definitely plan to return! This was my second visit, and both times the staff greeted me warmly with friendly smiles. On my first visit, the barista was very knowledgeable and kindly offered some great suggestions, which is what brought me back today. The coffee is consistently delicious, flavorful, and fresh.
Incredibly slow service for a carafe and do not actually warn customer ahead of time nor show any concerns for managing expectations. Better off at Starbucks for high volume orders.
Black rock coffee is my new go to for delicious coffee, hot chocolate, refreshers and delicious food to accompany my beverage. Staff is freaking awesome with great customer service and excellent expertise in recommending which beverage to get. My man hooked me up with an Irish coffee chiller thats great cold and hot. Highly recommend when you are craving some caffeine and great staff members.
