Ooh my lort! Y'all got 2 new fans today! Daughter and I stopped in before closing and shared a grilled cheese club. Absolutely AMAZING! We devoured it! Greg, was in there grilling it up! They specialize in cheesecakes, and Greg was full of information! And, get this, veteran owned y'all! Go and get you some Bliss Bakery!!
I accidentally found this incredible business. I was calling bakery’s looking for pistachio croissants and called them. One of the owners, Greg answered the phone and didn’t have what we were looking for but he did tell me about his cheesecakes.The whole morning we thought about those cheesecakes! Yall.... BLISS BAKERY has hit another homerun with their breakfast.The blueberry danish is a perfect blend of sweet blueberry, tangy cream cheese and zesty lemon. I think i could eat like 10 of them.
